Judge: Texas may deny birth certificates to immigrants' kids

    Yes, due to the misinterpretation of the 14th amendment, which was about newly freed slaves. If the parents come here illegally and spit an anchor out of their YOU-KNOW-WHAT, that shouldn't mean the parents can call the child a US citizen. America - Come Legally and Learn English, or stay the hell out.

    If I recall the original article Texas does in order to get a Birth Certificate along with other options like Student Identification from a college or university, they just want to be sure the parents are the ones asking for the vital record they do offer options.

    nowhere in the 14th amendment is the words slave, or freed slaves. What it does say, however, is ALL PERSONS.

    then work to pass a new amendment repealing the 14th.

    I have no idea what this means.
