Judge warns Trump: ‘Inflammatory’ statements about election case could speed trial

Problem is...this time, I think he'll win a legal skirmish. First win ever? She did cross the line of perceived bias, in my opinion.

 

I would venture that Trump is more afraid of the jury finding him guilty and then her giving him the sentence....based on her no nonsense , factual , evidence based previous sentencing . Under al his phony bravado, he is a very frightened angry man.(with psychological issues)

 

I have always had the view, even before he entered politics that he was a nut case.

Absolutely correct....NO PROOF...! And just consider some of the whack-jobs that provided those "reports"....like the "I know what I saw" woman...

 

Gag orders are a common tool when you are dealing with jury trial where the publicity level is likely to be high. Its to be expected. I support reasonable efforts to ensure that the jury pool is not tainted and the legal process is secure. Nothing wrong here.

 

But you don't see anything you don't want to know, and that includes what any rational person identifies as truth- and proof.
If you walk into your garage and are overwhelmed with the odor of skunk- but you don't see the skunk, you have no "proof". Right? No idea what that smell is or how it got there.... probably just some whack-jobs saying "I know what I smelled", but you don't because you didn't see the skunk.

Mind-boggling. The whole Trump Vendetta has smelled like rotten fish on a hot day from the beginning, and you never noticed. Or, at least never admitted the shame of it. That's proof too.

I can easily provide you with the evidence of rotting fish, or skunk odour...just step into my garage and your own nose will confirm the claim... You’re the one in denial. Trump is being charged because it looks like he committed crimes.
The crimes are on the books.
The allegations are sufficient - if proven true - to result in a conviction.
Much of what he is alleged to have done is public knowledge.

So what is it - according to you - that I’m not seeing?

 

Explaining to a blind man is much easier than convincing someone who refuses to see.

The left planned to impeach Trump before he was even elected. Before even the conditions required to commit an impeachable violation even existed. That's documented, not speculative.
Hillary and the DNC concocted and financed the Dossier scam to try and destroy him politically. Clear-cut crime of national importance. Hillary is not in jail nor on trial for that.
Political influence in places like the FBI, where Strozok and others planned to block Trump's election- part of a conspiracy, a gross violation of the duties and oaths of those involved. No prosecutions.
News media that threw out all journalistic ethics and became propaganda machines for the left.

Such things have been weapons of a continuous attack on Trump by the democrats for almost 8 years now.
YOU have seen it; it would be impossible to have not seen it. YOU would have to knowingly choose to deny it.

I will assume that while you will not acknowledge that truth, but no question that you are indeed fully aware of it.

Inventing and charging crimes to destroy a person is not justice, it's persecution using justice and prosecution as the excuse. Also known as- a Vendetta.

At the same time, most of the claims of crimes against Trump could be applied to many politicians in power now or past. Biden, especially- where evidence of crimes that cause genuine damage to the nation are vast, but being dismissed by those who want to put Trump in prison for protesting an incredibly sloppy election process, that had more red flags than a 5-alarm fire. This is selective persecution. They CHOOSE to use the legal system as a political weapon, because they have no legitimate alternative- literally, nothing to bring to the table that would win honorably. They fear the principles and message he carries, but can only attack the messenger. They fear the people will listen to the message as well.... and so, try to demean any who support Trump- Or the principles of the message.
Trump is temporary. The principles are the future, and they must prevail. I support those principles.
I defend others who support those principles- because they benefit all Americans, regardless of their politics.

IF you support the people behind the Vendetta- you support dishonor, corruption, injustice, and the destruction of freedom in America.
While what we do matters, the integrity of our system of justice matters far more- because it applies to everyone, and if it is corrupted, the principles of the nation that protect all of us, including YOU, are being destroyed. This is not about Trump at all- it's an attack on the basic values of the nation; Trump is just the person seen as leading the objection to the destruction.

Take your blinders off and set your prejudice aside. Think beyond your ego and emotional reactions- and ask yourself what kind of country you want to live in.
Ask yourself how you can make America better for everyone. As JFK once said- Ask what you can do for your country.

That would not include supporting a corrupt vendetta.

 

One problem could be that you consider your opinions and "truths" to be absolute and exactly correct, and anyone with differing opinions or versions to be false, incorrect or lies.
In that, you have completely eliminated learning anything and advancing your knowledge about said subject.
No one is 100% correct all the time, and an attitude that they are is one of most "blinding" things one can do.

And what of Trump ? Does he pass the smell test upon which you rely ? Was his career prior to and during his time in office odor free ?

I also seem to recall the Republicans vowing to make Obama a one term president and, in fact, publicly declaring it their number one priority.
What odor emanates from that ?

You seem to want one side to abandon their "vendetta" and throw themselves on the mercy of the other side. The question is , which ?
