Speaking "black" we usually mean immigrants from Southern Caucasus and Central Asia. As to African people we use the word Negr. Similarly to words as German, Englishman, Spaniard, Chinese and so on, that tell us about ethnicity. No doubt, you can meet a racist which does not love africans among neo-Nazis and skinheads. But this is very small and specific part of the population. The others 99,99 % of the population do not pay attention to africans which live in Russia, because we have very few immigrants from the countries of Africa. While we have several millions immigrants from Southern Caucasus and Central Asia. Some of them come in Russia having racist feelings towards Russians. I think racism is caused by differences in cultural traditions. Color of a skin is just a thing which is evident. But people with other color of skin usually belong to other culture. People which belong to the European race have different color of eyes and hair. But nobody pay attention to color of hair and color of eyes. Blue-eyed blonds have no racism towards brown-haired tribesmen, because blonds and brown-haired persons belong to the same culture.
