    Im just putting this here so I dont lose it again. Im collect everything I find on this because most of the documents are still classified. Guatemala is not for the most part. This gives an idea of how the free press reported this war:

    Yeah, just taking notes but this is just a horrible horrible picture coming into focus here.

    According to Time magazine, Colonel John Webber, a former chief of the US Military Mission in Guatemalan counterinsurgency laboratory, helped organize state-supported clandestine paramilitary units and designed the death squad strategy:

    Note the definition of "counter-terror." The CIA continued this program untill 1995.
