So I was thinking about the road cones that were set up to prevent people from pulling off the road and taking a picture and I got to thinking, what if someone happened to get a flat or have their car break down in that area? Do they try and fix their car in the middle of the road? That doesn't seem very safe to me. Or do they push it past the road cones and work on it there? And if they do do they face any kind of repurcussions for doing so regardless of the nature? I know it sounds like a silly question but people get in trouble for all kinds of stupid little things. To my understanding the cones have been removed but I would just like to know what's the protocol in that situation. You never know when Obama may decide to do that on interstate roads and it would be nice to know before hand.
