    No charges against H and J Biden means total exoneration.

    I think the problem is "trafficking" has become such a vague term. To me it signifies people being transported somewhere and forced into prostitution. According to Prince Andrew's accuser it means being flown around the world on private jets at 17 to party with the rich and famous in exclusive nightspots.

    There hasn't been an investigation of either J or H Biden so one can't say J or H ain't guilty (or not guilty).
