so Chechens have not just won the second Chechen war, they forced you to pay them yearly reparations (90% of Chechen budget comprise of Moscow´s reparations) , of ´cos Putin is saying over and over again - we(you) won ...and you believe him ! whats a story!

Our Caucasian politics sucks. You see we screwed some bandits there, but others got seats in govt bodies, profitable business and other good things of life. And it is a f-ing shame.

That is no news . Putin and entourage lie to ppl every chance they get. And they have taken advantage of the situation in the Caucasus.
Yes, it’s an acute problem. I suppose this man says the right things and he voiced how to solve this problem –see the first 1 and half mins of this video. IMHO this is not a bad alternative.
