No change. Biden wouldn’t be my first, second, or third choice and Harris doesn’t change that; but I still think he’s the better of the two viable options.
Keep in mind that Kamala didn't drop her presidential bid for any strategic reason. The plain truth is that her campaign ground to a halt (much earlier than expected) due to the simple fact that she ran out of money. A sitting Senator from California failed to get even the fundamental level of backing for her campaign that a nobody mayor of a podunk town in Indiana managed to achieve. The simple reason for that is because she's just not a likable person. She's not Joe's VP pick because anybody really wants her to be. She's Joe's VP pick because she was the best of all the terrible IDpol choices.

She doesn't attract voters because she is a mean nasty person who got to the top by screwing the married boss. It's just not attractive. Kamala Harris built her career on injustice. Her capacity for misuse of power may exceed Obamian. She has jailed a LOT of black folks.

She would make a better President than either Biden or Trump. That being said (and it's not saying much) I would never vote for her... or Biden.... or Trump.
