Kamala ... Prostitute for President?

Perhaps due to her own guilty conscience. DNC frontrunner Kamala Harris has called for decriminalization of prostitution. As a former prosecutor, Kamala imprisoned persons she now refers to as "consenting adults" simply engaged in "the worlds oldest profession". Willie Brown, not too long ago, revealed that Kamala had essentially for a time become his sexual plaything. Brown, more than twice Kamala's age, and married at the time, appointed his mistress to multiple political committees which "probably" advanced her career. Willie gave Kamala introductions to big money donors, as well as donating personally. Seems like Kamala's dabbled in "the worlds oldest profession" herself. How can the #metoo crowd simply hold there noses and pretend that Kamala didn't repeatedly use sex to advance her career, thereby INVITING, sexual harassment(?) in the workplace? Did Willie and his colleagues approach other female subordinates with similar propositions as a result of Kamala's unabashed whorishness? Your thoughts?

To a point I agree ... both being CA radicals ... but I haven't heard Gillibrand traded sex for polical considerations. Gillibrand was 1 of the few (D)'s who urged Franken's resignation. While #metoo might have appreciated Gillibrand's zero tolerance, I understand that siding with the GOP didn't sit well with her donors.

 

I don't think she will be getting the Feminist vote. I just don't see how the Leftness is saying she has the inside track with the Demo Primary. Other than West Enders and wishful thinking.

The decriminalization story broke 3-4 days ago ... There are just Sooo many people this SHOULD repulse, I can't belive the silence. If Keith Ellison were still DNC co-chairman I'd understand the DNC's silence, given Ellison's own history of philandering, debauchery, and debasement of women is no secret. I gotta wonder if Tom Perez wife knows where her husband's spending his evenings ... ::

I do believe a woman's body belongs to the woman. I and numerous others have said when it comes to abortion that it's the woman's body and that body belong to her. She can do with it as she pleases. When it comes to prostitution, I believe the same principle applies.

I've always thought prostitution should be legal. It's not going anywhere. Legal and regulated, taxed even. Just like alcohol. Prohibition didn't work, drinking went underground. Abortion at one time was done all underground as is prostitution these days, underground.
