Everyone knows most domestic abuse accusations are just made up by the women to help her coming divorce filing. And as for the legitimate ones, the woman should just leave the guy. I'm tired of hearing "I can't".
They could always, you know, raise taxes. Courts are a legitimate function of government. If they can't afford them, raise taxes.

It has been said "The more laws, the less justice" Well, in this case it's "The more money". The United States is a wealthy country with a Third-World population. These budget cuts could have a silver lining to them.
Obviously in a ploy to bring in more money the DA's office has stopped prosecuting a certain heinous class of crime that is bound to bring about much public outrage...same principle as when Obama wanted yet more money out of Congress he specifically shut down public parks and monuments knowing that would cause maximum anger and, hence, bring him more and more money! After all, what PR value would there be in shutting down some some small government office with minimal public impact? When leftists have their money flow restricted the first thing they do is make sure it hurts the public so they scream real loud! They have their priorities, you know. Money first...people second.
