Kari thinks she can just skip the circuit court of appeals and go directly to the Arizona SC of appeals?

The Arizona SC would first have to accept her motions before agreeing to do a review and even then there's no guarantee they would ever call for a new election or kick Hobbs out of office and install her.

My court case will be going before the Appeals Court prior to the Arizona Supreme Court because it's already been scheduled for review. This decision was done without prejudice & I am confident the case will end up in their hands eventually. We're moving forward.
