I think we do have a say. Just because it's a different country doesn't mean they are entitled to sexually abuse their citizens then incriminate them for something that should not be illegal. I'm sorry if this is intolerant sounding or not politically correct, but those laws suck and should be changed. The US should do to the Kenyan government what Bruce Springsteen did to North Carolina. Everything is about money and if Kenya didn't receive a dime from western countries it might make a difference.

Each year on average, 3/4 of million babies are put to death without having a day in court to determine guilt or innocence yet they are given a swift death sentence.

Are you just as outraged over those 750,000 deaths as you appear to be about performing a test when a person is charged of breaking a law in Kenya?

No I'm not, because I don't view the unborn like you do. If anything I'm horribly sad about those deaths. There's a portion that is our society's fault for not properly educating the public or making birth control affordable and easily accessible. A portion are just very sad accidents and a portion resulted from a violent crime.

Yes it is arrogant of me to say those Kenyan laws suck, but I'll say it again. Those laws suck. Sexuality should not be a legal debate anywhere, and certainly shouldn't be punishable by death or imprisonment. This isn't just an American issue, it's a humanitarian issue. All gay humans deserve to be treated as human beings.
