I can only speak for my own little world and assure you that the church where we attend we do just that. Those who choose the gay lifestyle understand that they will not be wed in our church or by our pastor but if they were homeless or starving or needed clothing, they would receive it. You see, we do love and help the sinner but do not welcome the sin of gay-sex. Just because a person has a problem with alcohol does not mean that we want him/her to starve. On the contrary, we will feed him/her and hope that they will see the error of their ways. Those living the homosexual lifestyle are no different, we will help them and hope and pray that they see the error of their ways.

This thread is about a sovereign nation and how to test for those who break their laws.

I'm not aware of straight men who have taken deliveries to the rear so the test will reveal those who are breaking the law. Of course if you can offer up another test which confirms that the people have in fact engaged in gay-sex then please offer up the test.

Don't really require such a comparison, as an estimated 100,000 homosexuals were arrested in Nazi Germany.

So just for you: I can hear the OP now as the Germans rounded up the suspected homosexual: "The law is the law and until such time that it gets changed, if ever, then bring forth a different and reliable test if you are homosexual.."

Thing is, the OP doesn't care about homosexuals being arrested. So comparing what happened in Nazi Germany to what is happening in parts of Africa as it pertains to homosexuals probably wouldn't bother the OP.

What you may find morally right others may find morally wrong. Trying to force your lifestyle on other countrues is why the west is loathed universally. What next, bombing them into homosexuality?

are you really trying to compare

putting to death without due process 3/4 million childen each year in the USA with

a few people being tested to see iff they broke the law much like a breathalyzer is used for drunk drivers?

Are you really implying that offending law breakers is on the same level as killing children?

Please show me where I state my opinion that those who have gay-sex should be arrested? I do however explain that Kenya is a sovereign nation and that the testing is being performed. Do you know of any test which can be done in lieu of the anal exam? Given that you believe that you were "born homosexual" then you must know of a valid medical test which can be given. Why not provide that info to Kenya because if there is a less invasive test then I'm sure they would use it.

No.I'm sure you are as clear about what I'm saying as I am!

And because the truth hurts you are throwing this strawman argument up as a last ditch desperate effort designed to keep masked the silliness of what ever version of christianity you follow that allows you to

spew such hate without even the slightest acknowledgement of the f'd up positions you promote.

we have drunk-driving laws and you blow into the tube, submit to blood test or are assumed drunk.

Kenya has laws against gay-sex and they use the only test they know to exist

For some reason be it personal or whatever you are outraged about the test in Kenya but could care less about 750,000 babies put to death each year without any due process, no chance to mount a defense against the death penalty. But let's get all up in arms about an anal exam in kenya

    Very disturbing

What I find disturbing is that any one, for any reason what so ever, would support an invasive anal exam against the individuals consent.

And even more disturbing is that any one of any christian denomination would support it!

Straight men penetrate women's anuses and straight women sometimes penetrate men with toys. Some lesbians engage in anal sex using toys. Straight couples engage in anal play far more often than you probably think. I just think it's weird that only one type of couple engaging in anal sex is the problem in Kenya. Why not all butt stuff?

It's not an exam if the person refuses, it's rape. Even drunk drivers can refuse a breathalyzer test.

There is no "test" to determine if someone is a homosexual or not. It's just completely ridiculous and over the top. I am very grateful to be an American and to have rights!

I know that and you know that because it's about a sex act, no more, no less. The people of Kenya can work to have the law stricken but until that time, much like other laws in other nations, you must work within the laws.

I see it as an opportunity for all of the "gay-rights" activists to come forward with a less invasive test that provides the same or better level of accuracy as the anal exam. Instead, we hear whining but no suggestions.

There are doers and there are complainers and right now we've seen a bunch of complainers within this thread without any offering an alternative test.

Again, are they inspecting the butts of straight couples suspected of anal sex? If not then it is not about a sex act.

first, the law is about homosexual sex. It is not targeting people but it targets an action. Any male who has received penile penetration into his anus is not a "heterosexual couple" because that would be homosexual-sex and thus the law would apply.

It is a law for a particular sexual act, until such time as the people change the law, if ever, then suggest an alternative test or don't engage in that particular sex act.

Whining doesn't accomplish anything and so far not one gay-activist within this thread has offered an alternative test or suggested to simply not insert penis into male anus.

So a dildo up the rear doesn't count then? Couldn't two gay guys in theory just penetrate each other with objects then and not be guilty of the crime you described?

The only "test" that can be given is by observation. If you didn't see it happen you don't know what happened. The only test should be if an official witnesses the crime via surveillance or something.

I agree with you that the only sure-fire test is to follow 2 men into the bedroom. I have been saying that on this forum for years and that of course then begs the question; how do we validate that those who claim to be "homosexual" deserve affirmative action or special consideration unless we follow them into their bedrooms?

It is about a very specific sex act and those who don't like the law in Kenya or the test should first provide an alternative test and second, work to change the law.

We don't give homosexuals special considerations, unless you count not be discriminated against special consideration. What is the test to prove you're a Christian? There's isn't one, yet you receive protection under the law.
