Just be careful though and use it correctly. If you tell someone that they are decerebrate, that can be taken as a personal attack and the "powers that be" may not like it. I use it as an adjective and direct it towards their words. Like, "Your decerebrate views, opinion(s), or assessment(s)" and the like.
