Dallas police chief: Shooter seemed delusional, scrawled cryptic messages in blood https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...1c0d96-46a9-11e6-bdb9-701687974517_story.html The gunman who fatally shot five Dallas law enforcement officers appeared delusional, taunted police during extensive negotiations by singing and “laughing at us” and wrote cryptic messages on a wall with his own blood before he was killed by a bomb-equipped robot, Dallas Police Chief David Brown said Sunday. The shooter, Micah Xavier Johnson, was “determined to hurt more officers” and would have done so if the pound of C-4 explosive carried by the robot had not ended the standoff Thursday, Brown said in an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union.” http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/da...micah-xavier-johnson-was-army-veteran-n606101 I don't understand how he scrawled on the wall with his own blood. Was he shot by police? But again, was he the only sniper?
although he had ties to Afghanistan, as a U.S. Army Reserve, and although he served in Afghanistan for 1 year, 2013-2014, remained active for 1 more year. Received an honorable discharge. While in Afghanistan, he helped the 'mentally ill' children and adults. He must have had some dissatisfaction with caucasion police officers after he was honorably discharged. He never had any prior criminal record, he never had any records of 'targeted crime'. Before joining the Reserves, he served as a Shift Manager for a Gourmet Sandwich Shop in North Dallas, 2 years after he was hired as Shift Manager, he took a job as a "quality assurance specialist" at the International Truck Plant in Garland, Texas. All along, his work history looks like an upstanding citizen. Even while he was in Afghanistan, he was a model of care by him helping the 'stigmatized', the mentally ill children and adults. And 1 year after he was discharged, he becomes a sniper towards American Police because of their skin color. It doesn't make too much sense. - - - Updated - - - His dissatisfaction towards the caucasion police definitely did not begin while he was working a civilian job, pre-enlisting with the Army Reserves.
Surprisingly, when the robot detonated the pound of c-4 explosives, the gunman didn't have any other firearm related weaponries around him. If he had brought any bombs, or any other detonable destructive arsenal, the whole place could have went up in a 'boom'. And as far as the gunman's statement of how he had planted bombs all around the building is concerned, I guess those had not been detonated, Thank God. - - - Updated - - - If he was so meticulous in his preparation and if he did plant 'bombs' around the building, he may as well have brought with him a detonating device also. - - - Updated - - - Were there any comments from Security, President, regarding this possibility?
Can you believe that Omar Mateen was hoping to become a law enforcer, otherwise known as Police? - - - Updated - - - If he was handed his 'badge', the government would have been on his side. - - - Updated - - - So, in a way, it was kind of good that he made himself exposed before he was awarded any Law Enforcing Badge.
But not only are law enforcing badges handed out, seats of Government are handed out, as well. If police does background checks on potential future police people, why are there no background checks done for Leaders of States, who will eventually have more 'say' in police matters than Heads of Police personnel?
A single person born, attending school, graduating from college, having a college degree of some sort, governing a certain town or city, will end up being able to tell U.S. Military to be at war with guns and tanks and aircrafts, and ships? One person who had to have been fed by his parents will end up deciding who lives and who doesn't in times of International War? That is alot of homage for One President. - - - Updated - - - If 1 person is going to have this kind of Military say, show me that he excelled in school and every other thing he put his hands to. Show me his 'profits' and then I might be able to feel comfortable enough for him to be in charge of city destroying missiles. - - - Updated - - - And this doesn't only go for the U.S. government, (let's start thinking outside of ourselves). It also goes for Leaders in every Nation. Iran? 1 person, born, raised, fed, changed, washed, making world life and death choices and being reinforced by others who have been born, raised, fed, changed, washed, as if they know what the heck they are doing in the first place. - - - Updated - - - Have they 'excelled' in raising their kids better than how their parents raised them? - - - Updated - - - people don't grown on trees, you know. If a grandmother says, 'no', maybe she's right and you're wrong.
Think about it. What grandmother out there, in the whole entire world, wants any sorts of things made that can be used in warfare against other grandparents' grandchildren? She knows what it feels like to see her wayward grandchild come out of addiction. Why would she want to see other grandmother's grandchildren to enter into addiction or have them remain in their addiction? What kind of 'getting along' would that be? - - - Updated - - - they know what empathy means more than the highest paid psychologist. - - - Updated - - - Can it be true to say, 'the lack of empathy is a cause for the lack of concern'? - - - Updated - - - if, within you, you think your grandparents are 'stupid', you have a severe case of self pride in you...
Grandparents had to till the land with their own hands. They pulled roots out without the use of any high tech tool. They worked when it rained. The might not even have had umbrellas to walk with. Let's think outside of ourselves. There are Grandparents in all the countries. - - - Updated - - - In fact, from whom do YOU think you came out from? And henceforth and henceforth. - - - Updated - - - people don't grow on trees. - - - Updated - - - do you know what your loved ones are doing right now?
so, let's hypothetically ask a grandparent what their thought would be towards this Dallas shooting. 'so what do you think about this shooting?' ' well, i'm not all for guns to begin with.' 'didn't you have the right to bear arms?' 'well, yes. But it was different then.' 'How so?' 'It was more structured and we didn't have to worry about people carrying guns around on the streets.' 'So the guns you had were kept indoors?' 'Of course. In a locked box with the key in a separate place.' 'What would you have done if someone broke in though? How would you have gotten to the gun fast enough?' 'We would have gotten to it fast enough.' 'How?' 'Easy. We would have heard him entering in long before we got ready. It wasn't as noisy back then.' 'Oh, so you would have heard the outside noise.' 'Yeah. More or less. We also were keen in knowing if someone was snooping around outside.' 'So what about this shooting?' 'Well, since people are carrying guns around, I guess the Law has it under their control.' 'What if they don't really.' 'Let's see. If they didn't have the public guns under control what would they need to do? How about some heavy duty law enforcers patrolling the streets?' 'Do you think that would help?' 'It could be a start.'
'but there are already heavy armed police in areas.' 'yeah, but from what i read, they get there after the incident took place. They're out there looking for the criminals days after the crime happened. How they think they are going to find them sleeping in the corner is strange.' 'So... how about for preparations then.' 'Preparations for what?' 'Any kind of other attacks.' 'why should there be any other kinds of attacks?' 'because people are strange now days.' 'yeah, kinda. Strange but carrying guns.' 'yeah.. strange and carrying guns. So any preparation ideas?' 'yup. Don't form any place where people with guns will want to shoot in.' 'oh, so don't put up sitting ducks in public.' 'yeah, kind of. Don't advertise yourself as being a target. Let the police do their jobs. They have vehicles to get away in if they need to.'
'okay. what about the orlando shooting then?' 'oh yeah. the orlando shooting. its really terrible for someone to enter into a public venue like that an open fire. what if it were a restaurant or something? but the orlando shooting. I guess they were there and someone didn't like them.' 'a hate crime?' 'maybe more than a hate crime.' 'how so?' 'hating someone means punching him at the most. shooting innocent strangers is not hate.' 'what is it then?' 'it would be more of a spite towards a group of people or ethnicities or something. this is only my opinion now.' 'yeah, i know. but...' 'well. the person who shot them had something against that whole crowd I would have to assume. They were gays. i wonder why he would be so afraid of gays.' 'why do you say afraid?' 'you don't kill someone unless you're afraid of them.'
'let me give you an example grandson. if you met a live bear that you felt afraid of, would you kill it or not?' 'i've never met a live bear that i was afraid of.' 'okay, bad example. Let's see. if you had a big toothed rat with foam coming out of it's mouth in your home, would you kill it or not?' 'what would you do?' 'i'd kill that sucker. but my point is people don't kill innocent kittens. they kill threatening predators.' 'well, that's not all together true. some people do kill innocent kittens.' 'i know , and that's another story for another time. but as far as people killing people are concerned, people don't kill other people they are not threatened by. its just not human nature. So that Omar guy, he must have felt threatened by the gays.' 'so how do you think law should get involved?' 'they probably should go by the books on this one. talk with his parents. see why he might be so fearful of gays.' 'didn't you hear that his dad is from the middle east?' 'yeah, i did.' 'and?' 'and what?' 'and what do you think about that?' 'nothing outside the ordinary. the dad has responsibilities too.' 'so.. do you think the dad should be questioned?' 'questioned is a bad choice of words. maybe you should say, should the dad be inquired into.' 'inquired?' 'yeah. if law wants to get involved, then let them inquire to the dad's personal life.'
'but they're already done doing that.' 'done? when did they begin?' '2 weeks ago.' 'and?' 'and what?' 'what did they find?' 'I'm not sure. the news hasn't kept us posted.' 'well, like i said, let the police handle it.'.
'grandson, did you know that when the first coke bottle came out it was only .5 cents?' 'wasn't that a high price then?' 'yupp. but people stood in line for hours to get themselves a coke bottle.' 'what was so good about coke?' 'it gave you a good feeling. i try to stay away from them now.'
'i saw a show about the coke. they said that there was cocaine in the original bottles.' 'i guess they tell the truth sometimes.'
'have you ever felt the younger kids calling you 'stupid'?' 'well to be honest, they have become much more disrespectful than when I was around their age.' 'huh?' 'I would never have imagined treating my grandmother the way some of these youths treat theirs.' 'what kinds of treatments?' 'you gotta remember that when i had grandparents, we didn't have nursing homes. they were always near and we were always near to them.'
'was that a good thing?' 'I never had any complaints.' 'So.. what would you recommend?' 'as far as?' 'all this stuff that is going on.' 'I'd recommend for you to join the forces if you want to make a difference.' - - - Updated - - - 'but i'm already in the forces.' 'and what is your rank again?' '. ...... ' 'oh yeah. then use your rank somehow and get down to seriousness instead of letting them run people as fools.'
'but many are saying that the police are using their weapons unwarranted.' 'true, this could be true. maybe they should re-take firing class again.'
'the crooks out there are a lot tougher and sneakier than what they used to be.' 'yup.' 'and the police needs to be able to deal with them with the tricks they have.' 'I agree. the criminals are much more slippery to catch.' 'yup. and so how do you catch a snake?' 'hmm..' 'you call the humane society to find out how to catch slippery snakes.'
so this is how to catch a snake.... Using a Trap -Identify the snake if you can -Get a glue trap -Try a minnow trap -Set the trap in a strategic place -Check the trap often Dealing With the Snake -Don't attempt to touch the snake -Drive at least a mile from your house. - If you let the snake go too close to your house, it will find its way back to its home territory. Release the snake at least a mile from your home if you want to make sure it doesn't come back. However, if you trapped the snake in your house and you don't mind if it lives outdoors in the yard, you can just walk outside to release it there. -Go to a natural area without many residences nearby -Free the snake -Kill the snake only as a last resort Controlling the Snake Population -Consider letting nonvenomous snakes stick around -Make your yard less hospitable to snakes - If you don't like snakes, a great way to keep them away is to make your yard less snake-friendly. Snakes hang out in areas that are a little unkempt and wild. They like tall grass, brush piles, wood piles, and other sources of shelter. To make your yard less inviting, do the following: •Mow the lawn regularly. •Get rid of piles of rocks, leaves, brush, bricks, or anything else that a snake could use as shelter. •Keep your rodent population down by cleaning up acorns, sealing your trash, and removing other sources of food for rodents. -Seal your house. -Try snake repellent
maybe, if you live in a clean environment or neighborhood, it is less likely to attract snakes if there are not outside 'hiding places' for them to lodge and wait in.
and if the houses are sealed and snake repellent is used, this also will help prevent the snake population. Keeping your lawn and property clean and up kept will keep the tall weeds from growing. If you do catch a snake though, make sure they are taken at least a mile away lest they come back. And don't touch the snake. Using strategy will help them trap themselves in the traps. - - - Updated - - - but it's still very strange how a person who keeps his own home 'snake free' can become a snake himself.
A castle with looms and blooms all outside and within caused the spiders to web and caused the little spiders to twin. A castle with walls and bridges sealed from the elements did prove to be safer when the attacks did begin. Looms and blooms and walls and bridges both for castles houses of princes.
they are only as safe as their abodes do supply when the arrows and catapults begin to fly. And if, perchance, entry is won down with the heads of those within. Such is the story of how castles do fall down to their rubbles and down to their cores. So for every prince who desires to be safe guarding their castle would be a good place.
setting up the ramparts and setting up the lines from and to which the line is drawn. To pass either way would be an offense Danger is lurking behind that defense. Disregarding the lines a person does draw claims that his own is not his at all. So if you say then do as said but if you say and nay then avarice may be on its way.
