The corrupt King of Thailand Bhumibol is on his death bed. The geriatric old bastard who murdered his own brother to come to the throne and has presided since 1948 over this corruptocracy is about to meet his maker (and an Irate brother perhaps). the downsie is that his son will take over...and he is worse.

How can the son be worse? Maybe he's bad but shouldn't he be inexperienced?

Well maybe there'll be an overthrow. I have no idea. I don't often concern myself with Thailand politics. I didn't even know Thailand was ruled by a king.

Sounds ruthless enough to be leader. Often these kinds of all-powerful leader types need to be ruthless to live and lead.

I hope that the military ruler out there in Thailand is not inept in dealing with the chaos later on.

The King was a malevolent influence on Thailand's democratic process. He was involved in quite a few coups that has given the country a reputation as an unstable democracy. Unfortunately the position is so revered in Thailand that people put up with it.
