I can't think of a good reason. I think democrats are so angry that the russia hoax blew up on them, they're willing to fake outrage their way into a shooting war with russia....

Well there is a rush. Kinzinger already found that out when at the beginning of the conflict he supported a US enforced no fly zone over Ukraine. It started to get a little popular support until it filtered through to people that a no fly zone is a de facto declaration of war with Russia and after we shoot down the first Russian aircraft, we would be at war with Russia. That cooled off public support fairly quickly and you don't hear anyone talking about a no fly zone now. So this use of force resolution is another attempt at getting us into a shooting war with Russia.
