So happy that Biden has trouble getting 10 people to show up for a speech.

which means that the case isnt a case that MERITS further consideration Imagine a case full of merit, wandering in the legal wilderness desperately searching for a legitimate injured party

BTW, I did say something and I backed it up with a legal analysis of this SCOTUS response. And I did it from a totally foreign country Imagine what one could do actually being there..

    Exactly.

If there was any actual "merit" (and not someone crying "I Saw Bigfoot" ) the case could have been successfully re-filed by an "injured party" who possessed the requisite "standing".

However, it is clear that the "filing" was Without Merit.

    Imagine this:

Trying to debate the "merits" of a "case" where NO "merit" exists?

The very definition of a "Fool's Errand".

^In other words, the "Trump Strategy".

WRONG that the state of Texas did not have legal STANDING to bring the case is NOT based on the MERITS of the case. The merits were never adjudicated. Do you even understand what standing means? Did you listen to the Senate hearings here today? The lawyers all confirmed that, that the merits, the constitutional issues have yet to be adjudicated and need to be because there are serious constitutional issues here.

He got 80+ million to show up to elect him.

Why do Trump and his supporters use rally size as indicators of popularity? LOL

Great. Bring the case to the SCOTUS again if it makes you happy. Still won't change the election results.

The merit of the filing is the first thing that must be ascertained and given texas not having any standing there is no merit to the pleading.

The horse comes before the cart/

Yeah. Everybody (who passed a 5th grade Civics Class).KNOWS what "Standing" means.

But, HERE is the part that you seem to have OVERLOOKED (in several of your responses after the point was made):

IF, there were any Real "MERITS" to the "filing", the case could have been RE-FILED by an "Injured Party" who possessed the requisite "standing".

Since, it was NOT Re-Filed (by an actual aggrieved plaintiff) it goes without saying that the original "filing" lacked "merit".

^What part of the above 2 sentences don't you understand?

But you both don't understand though, that he, along with his fellow other Trump supporters really, really wanted Trump to win very badly. Isn't that merit enough?

There are no constitutional issues here. States get to decide their own election laws. Other states have no grounds to sue them over their own election laws. And the merits were ruled on in the PA case that went to SCOTUS, which was identical to the TX case.

I will tell you what, WS:

At this point, it is becoming increasingly difficult to waste time (and keystrokes) rebutting "assertions" that exhibit an egregious misunderstanding of Judicial Procedure and the limits of The Constitution.

And, on topic to the frivolous BS "filing" in the OP:

There is NO "there", there. Period.

Kidding right? If you think that Biden got more votes from about half the counties Obama did, I have a bridge to sell you.

    Biden DID get those votes.

And, you are (obviously) Dead WRONG.

People Either Accept Facts (or they don't).

2 strong motivators to vote - you love one candidate or you hate the other. Both were present in spades, and both around Trump.

You'd think Diamond Pat Robertson would learn. On three other occasions he referred to rulers as "good Christians" who were soon deposed by their populations because they were brutal dictators. Of course they had become "good Christians " right after giving him gold and diamond mining rights in their countries.

I wonder what Trump gave him?

Bringing phony ballots in by the truck load is how Biden stole it.
