Nope. But feel free to provide your evidence. Lol
There is no doubt he was born in Hawaii
It isn't. Which is why you can't cite any legal document or court decision supporting you. While I can to support me.

READ the statutes and quit speculating about "intent"... The statutes are very clear.

    Lol, birthers.

There are only 2 types of US citizen. Natural born and naturalized. That's it. There isn't some mysterious 3rd type.

McCain's citizenship is not in dispute except among those who won't or can't read the statutes.......

It's pretty hard to misinterpret plain English. Any child born in US soil is a natural born citizen. Sorry.

A citizen at birth is a natural born citizen. There are not 3 types of citizens in the US.

    Birthers are retarded.

Really disappointed this was moved to the Conspiracy Section. There's nothing about this article from the LA Times nor the poster's commentary that qualifies this thread as a conspiracy subject. This is a current event.

The bottom line is Natural Born does need further clarification. It's my belief based on research that the purpose of putting it in was to keep someone with a possible foreign allegiance from becoming president. Natural born is not the same as naturalized. In my view, Ted Cruz is ineligible.

To reduce a Constitutional requirement to be president to this level of decorum is alarming as much as is it offensive. One doesn't have to be a birther to desire adherence to the Constitution. Calling people stupid, retarded, idiots, just to name a few I've read in the first couple of pages, is real civil, isn't it? It does nothing to strengthen your Constitutional argument either, which is something you people should've learned in 7th grade.

Natural born IS different than naturalized.

    Cruz was not naturalized.

The statutes support the Constitution... Why don't you break down and read the statutes.. They are exquisitely clear as to who is a natural born US citizen.

Nowhere in the U.S. code you provided is the term natural born Citizen.......nowhere. Citizens by statute/code are not natural born Citizens who require no statute or code.

He was naturalized at birth by statute making him a statute citizen. A statute citizen is not a natural born Citizen.

Lol, no. Naturalization is a process one must apply for. It makes one a citizen who was not one at the time of their birth. He was a citizen at the time of his birth.

Yes it is. There are only 2 kinds of citizen. Natural born and naturalized. That's it. There is no mysterious 3rd type.

Statutes? Are you sure about that? There is only one law pertaining to eligibility for president, Section 1 of Article 2. It is not exquisitely clear, because Natural Born is undefined.

    Lol, proven fact they do.

The entire congress unanimously confirmed Obama, twice. The entire judiciary, as in every single court this has been to, which is over 220, has said your made up definition doesn't exist. The voters voted him into office by a large majority, twice. You and about 12 other people think NBC means something other than what the rest of the country knows it means.

    Birthers are retarded.

    - - - Updated - - -

Natural born is not undefined. Read the statutes Margot is referencing, read the decision on US v wong Kim ark. And ankeny v Daniels.

Statutes are laws passed by legislative bodies. There's only one law in the United States pertaining to eligibility to be president. It's not a statute. There are no statutes. There are two ways to argue Natural Born, either the Founders' intent or the Supreme Court decisions related to it. There is no such thing as relative statutes.

No. There are only 2 types or citizen in US law. Both are defined by statute, and supported by the courts.

Please read those statutes, and the rulings in Wong Kim ark and ankeny v Daniels.
