They had credited Campos, who was shot in the leg, with stopping the 10-minute assault on the concert crowd by turning the gunman’s attention to the hotel hallway, where Campos was checking an alert for an open door in another guest’s room. Is there a point to this thread, especially in the context of “Gun Control”? This just seems to be selective cold information leaking out from a still ongoing investigation.

One of the reasons I always suggest waiting for investigations to conclude rather than reacting to the sensationized new drips of the media. 'Hands up; don't shoot', right? I am sure there is more to come.
One observation I have, considering the liberal hysteria, the less than stellar threat response, and the six minute death toll, the continual media shark feeding frenzy, a road map for mass casualty attacks is being laid out for terrorist... don't think they aren't paying attention.
