U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert was escorted out of a Sunday night performance of the “Beetlejuice” musical in downtown Denver, accused by venue officials of vaping, singing, recording and “causing a disturbance” during the performance.
In an incident report shared with The Denver Post on Tuesday afternoon, officials with Denver Arts & Venues wrote that two patrons were asked to leave the city-owned Buell Theatre during the performance of the touring Broadway show. They previously were issued a warning during the intermission regarding behavior that prompted three complaints from other theatergoers, the report says.

The report does not name Boebert as one of the patrons or identify the other person. But her campaign office — while disputing the behavior alleged — confirmed that she was escorted from the Buell on Sunday night during the “Beetlejuice” show.
Drew Sexton, the campaign manager for Boebert, told The Post that the second-term congresswoman denied vaping during the show. She did use her cellphone to take a picture of the performance, unaware that photos weren’t allowed.
Talk about low-life.
Trying to use her position to intimidate the manager of the building and the officials...with ..“stuff like ‘do you know who I am,’ ‘I am on the board’ (and) ‘I will be contacting the mayor.’ ”
The ignorant individual comes from a town of a little over 10,000, obviously she has no respect for the rights of others.

And seriously, only a moron would be unaware you aren't allowed to take a photo during a live performance.... I'm sure it's in the program and as I recall, is mentioned over the PA system before the performance..

Be patient, she only has one year left before being kicked out by the voters.

This weekend, paragon of honorable values, Grandma Boebert, got kicked out of a performance of "Beetlejuice," for vaping and singing in the theater; then, when asked to refrain from those things, becoming argumentative and disruptive.

The funny part, to me, is her taking of a selfie pic of herself, being ejected, which she will use to get a boost, with her base. Lucky for her, she doesn't need to put any thought or effort, into contriving ways, to show how she stirs negative reactions, for acting unacceptably. She merely needs to be herself, and keep her phone handy.

The incident report states that after receiving the intermission warning, about five minutes into the second act security officials received “another complaint about the patrons being loud and at the time (they) were recording.” Taking pictures or recording is not permitted at shows.

The report quotes one of the ushers: “They told me they would not leave. I told them that they need to leave the theater and if they do not, they will be trespassing. The patrons said they would not leave. I told them I would (be) going to get Denver Police. They said go get them.”

The woman says Boebert took multiple long videos during the first half of the performance. When she asked Boebert to stop vaping, the congresswoman simply said “no,” the woman said. Boebert was also kissing the man she was with, and singing along loudly with her hands in the air, the woman said.

“At intermission, I asked, ‘Are there any other seats available? Can we sit somewhere else?’” the woman said. “The usher said, ‘You’re not the first complaint we had.’ ”

When the woman returned with her husband to their seats, she said Boebert called her a “sad and miserable person.”
