They are bringing out the fact that Texas does not provide Equality for first responders who put their life on the line every time they go out on a call to serve the public. The mentality that a majority of voters in the states can vote on the civil and human rights of minority citizens has been shot down by the courts. This group seeks to change the current status quo in favor of same-sex marriage and Equal rights for its law enforcement officers and others in Texas.
