Left-Wing Media Outlets Can't Deny That Voters Approve of DeSantis' Education Message

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) has fought tooth and nail to put students first and protect parent’s rights, despite the left using all their force to tear him down.

However, a new teachers union poll proves that DeSantis’ agenda is stronger than Democrat’s agenda.

The American Federation of Teachersfound that battleground state voters highly approve of DeSantis’ education policies.

56 percent of voters in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin said they were “much more likely or somewhat more likely to vote for candidates who believe public schools should focus less on teaching students about race and racism and more on core academic subjects.”

They also believe parents should have more say over what their children learn in school.

“We have drawn a very clear line in the sand that says our school system is for educating kids not indoctrinating kids,” DeSantis said during a speech, adding “We’ve also drawn a clear line to say parents have a fundamental role in the education of their kids.”

DeSantis’ Education Agenda is a “a student-first, parent-centered initiative focused on setting Florida’s children up for success, ensuring parental rights in education, and combatting the woke agenda from infiltrating public schools.” …

Poor Governor Newscum! He rails against the great Governor of Florida, De Santis only to find out that we the people support the Governor of Florida, not the dictator of California. We need to teach our kids, not indoctrinate them!

Fake issue grooming does not exist. If it did people would be arrested since it is against the law.

 

They don't care. They are engaged in political warfare. They know what they want and they will get it by fair means or foul. Clearly with all the parental concerns it’s not a fake issue. We saw what our children were being taught with distance learning and we are not going to stop fighting all the various issues with education until things change for the better

 

Putting LGBT flags in classrooms and telling young children that girls can be boys and boys can be Elephants or Cats, is what exactly? Proper education? Sorry no. The ONLY flag in a classroom should be the American flag. And the only thing about sex that should be taught to 5 year olds should be at the PARENTS DISCRETION!!! They can barely understand the concept, much less try to understand why a guy is wearing makeup and a dress and keeps telling them that male and female or boy and girl doesn’t actually mean anything.

HOUSE REPUBLICANS FOLLOWING RON DESANTIS’ LEAD ON CRT:

Bishop’s resolution notes that CRT class “into question the founding and moral legitimacy of the United States, both here and throughout the world.” In doing that, CRT asserts that whites created “whiteness” as a “special kind of property” that exists “in order to grant themselves power and privilege while excluding other racial groups from ‘whiteness’ and its putative benefit.”

"CRT claims America is built on a “racial hierarchy” that foments “racial-class antagonism” by arguing that our nation is driven by ‘‘structural racism’’ and ‘‘systemic racism.” It even filters down to the youngest Americans by teaching “children that they are either oppressors or oppressed based solely on the color of their skin.”

"CRT’s structural dialectic” makes it “analogous to Karl Marx’s doctrines of structural classism, material determinism, and dialectical materialism.”

"CRT also aligns with Marxist criticism of capitalism in that it teaches that racism is not just part of the founding narrative or embedded in America’s structure, it is also the ‘‘ordinary state of affairs,’’ which then frames the United States “as an intrinsically unjust, oppressive, and racist nation.”

“In its own words, CRT denounces “equality theory, legal reasoning, Enlightenment rationalism, and the neutral principles of constitutional law,’’ as well as the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the “American founding ideals of inalienable rights secured by a government, and the social fabric of the American Republic.”

"And much like Marx wanted to “abolish bourgeois private property” to end capitalism, CRT maintains “that the only solution to this state of affairs is to ‘abolish whiteness’” and thus fundamentally change America from the ground up."

This CRT stuff sounds like an unhinged attack on America.

 

You are right about CRT. I’m glad that House Republicans are targeting it.

 

I have less and less faith in our Federal Legislature. I think the real work of freedom will be done by the State Legislatures. We all need to spend the time to make the correct selections down ballot.
