Imagine that! Political operatives trying to enhance the position of their favorite candidate by saying disparaging things about her main opponent...The horror!!! Like I said, I read them and none of it surprised me at all. Everyone knew coming into the primary season that Hillary was the favorite candidate of the Democratic establishment. Many of those who worked for the DNC were openly in favor of Hillary. It was no surprise that their communications would involve schemes to enhance her position, especially after Bernie's campaign began to gain traction. The personal communication between the leaders of the RNC no doubt contained the same kinds of scheming and disparaging of Trump when he began to gain traction. The only difference is that the RNC emails were not stolen and released by a foreign entity for political purposes. If that is the way the game is going to be played from now on, I say bring it on. I am in favor of hacking and releasing all emails of political operatives and their families and associates all during election season. That way, it will be an even playing field.

 

Exactly, the RNC systems were NOT hacked and therefore are NOT the discussion of the thread. There was a concerted effort by the DNC to hurt Bernie's chances and to influence voters against him.

Political operatives working for the DNC exchanged emails suggesting that they favored Clinton over Bernie. They were stolen and released to the public which caused the firing of Wasserman Shultz and were embarrassing to the Clinton campaign. As a result of this and other factors, Trump won a narrow victory. What is the big deal here? This is old news. I think it was very clever to have stolen and released these private communications and used them to gain political advantage. I am now in favor of any types of leaking, hacking, bugging of all political operatives, candidates and their families and associates during election season and publishing them at strategic times for political gain. If the Democrats ever expect to win again, they better avail themselves of the talent needed to steal these communications and get them leaked at the proper times to have the greatest effect on any given election. It seems like the GOP already has a great team together with apparent support and funding from foreign intel services...

Zero HIGH standards is the absolute PROBLEM that has taken the nation "by storm" This is the MAIN problem within darned near every quarter and sphere of human activity, not just in this country but worldwide. What on Earth are you talking about, the emails that are the subject, dealt with NATIONAL SECURITY in a real sense and though I am not a person who supports International Entanglements, Mrs. Clinton not only VIOLATED her oath of office, but put others in REAL jeopardy.

That is HUGE!!!!! Everyone knew coming in that the DNC was in the bag for Hillary. It's over kids and your guy won. It is time to move on folks. I have always used my email communications knowing full well that they are hackable so I would never put anything on it that I was worried about. As I have said before, I think it is great that these politicians are being exposed for the sleazy hypocrites that they truly are. I am in favor of any hacking, leaking, bugging that serves to expose to the general public what kind of scumbags we currently have representing us. I hope that the Democrats learn to use these tactics also so we can get the dirt on all political whores.
