Did you look at the video to see what evidence was presented? The "evidence" was clearly an abandoned site as visually seen in the No Entrance road sign and it can be seen that the antennas were falling to bits with panels of the reflector missing. Reflectors do not work if any part of the reflector is damaged.

All major countries spy on each other including spying on their allies. Cuba is not a major country. Though Cuba has more reason than most given that the US has been trying to dictate what goes in Cuba for the last 60 years

If you can read articles in Spanish, you find below some links to publications which offer an explanation of causes of the recent Cuban bank crisis.
There is a website El Toque in Cuba which provoked inflation by publishing faked information about exchange rate.
These articles say that this website is financially supported by the US.
But now the value of the US dollar sinks.

Shame on you, trying to put Cuban cigar dealers out of business?
In all seriousness, i agree with lifting it and lets make sure USA gets all the good deals with them before China does (but come one, who am I kidding, China already has their plan all mapped out while Joe is figuring out how to let men into women's sports)

What economic embargo is involved other than not buying anything from them? Most people on the planet don't buy from my business. I don't view that as an embargo.

You didn't read it. It was Cuban solidarity with Venezuela which received new sanctions. I assume they are punishment for Venezuela emptying its prisons to send inmates to the US as illegal immigrants.

The Cuban "embargo" has been in place since 1958. It isn't an embargo. It is a law banning US companies from doing business in Cuba or with Cuban products. President Obama tried to warm relations by opening an embassy in Havana. That didn't go well. The Cuban government attacked the embassy with electronic weapons. BRICS is exactly where Cuba belongs with all those bad guys. It is painful for me to see what has become of Cuba because I was raised there.

I think there's more to it than that. I read that any ship that docks in Cuba can't dock at an American port for six months after that.

I spoke to a loyal Cuban in Madrid about twenty years ago. She said that Cuba couldn't buy the fertilizers it needed for growing crops on a large scale because of the US embargo. She used the word embargo.

I don't know all the details but the US seems to be making it difficult for other countries to do business with Cuba.
