let talk economics, for a minute, incentives, now if gov spends a lot

what is the incentive for politicians who control lots of money they didnt earn?

1 give it to people who can give them a reward later when no one is looking
2 spend it on a large population of people that wont reward and half of which didnt vote for you

knowing this

and knowing that EVIL corps are in category 1

doesn't it suddenly make sense to LOWER the amount of money politicains have access too aka government spending?
