    Trump's attorney made some astonishing arguments.

    I think the gov's position makes the better argument.

    Let's discuss.

    I kinda think what is really going on here is just a delay tactic.

    I don't think Trump's lawyer really believes what he is arguing.

    I think he is just doing it for the money, the spotlight, and, in short, he's just being a hired gun. All Trump really wants to do is delay the process, right?

    Our system working as the founders intended... After 2 impeachments and Trump actually has representation in a court...
