"I'm about representing the American people out here and the American people are really concerned and scared." -R. Perry

I wish the sucker would speak for himself when talking about the "American people". If only he would say "some American people" or "those American people who WANT to be scared" or "weak-kneed righties" or something along those lines.

With the worst president in history currently staining the Whitehouse.......a president who never ran so much as a lemonade stand at the helm of the economy and well being of 300 million Americans........

.......how can you not be scared?

Come Jan 2013, when the Kenyan Turd is finally flushed........America will begin sleeping easier.

I don't care, be scared if it makes you feel better. It's your god-given right to be scared. Btw, we got rid of the worst president in history almost 3 years ago.

    You are very correct, Badmutha.

Given Obama's inattention and lack of concern for our nation economy, how can we not be scared!

"Now even liberals are trying to put their finger on what is wrong with President Barack Obama. Does he lack leadership abilities or competence? Is he arrogant and out of touch with America? Is he a pleaser first and foremost, rather than someone who cares about getting the job done? Does he not understand how the economy works? “‘Yes, we can!’ has devolved into ‘Hey, we might,’” Maureen Dowd wrote in The New York Times."

Most of us just wish he would stay at his work station long enough to come up with a credible and workable plan to solve our lingering economic problems.

Mr. President, 408,000 more Americas are out of work this week than last week and our core inflation rate has unexpectedly risen to 2.0%. Why are you going on vacation? Please, please stay in Washington and work on our economy!

Is there no room in your political theology to blame both?

There's no reason to blame Obama except that he didn't draw a hard enough line in the sand.

39% is pretty (*)(*)(*)(*) good when he's at least 7 percent higher than any Republican pretender and when you look at where is loss in support has come from. Those are lefties who are NEVER going to vote for Bachmann or Perry.

    You are very correct, Object227.

You have expressed a lot of insight with your comments!

Here are two liberal elitist. After three years, they have become quite identical in their policies and their differences have become very minor! They ignore Congress when it comes to their war policies and they both think they can spend their way back into national economic prosperity. Obama, like Bush, has increased the power of the NSA, he has broadened the scope of warrantless wiretapping of Americans and both have done nothing to scale back and limit the abuses of the Patriot Act. Obama is clearly the greatest authoritarian and one of the phoniest and most insincere presidents we have ever had.

Are you more concerned with the president's approval rate than how many Americans are actually suffering right now?

Nevermind answering... of course you are. It comes thru loud & clear.

    *Obaaaaaama*

    At all costs.

You are factually incorrect,,his loss is mostly independents and they have already put Romney ahead of him....As far as Perry goes it is yet to be seen,,he has just started. I do agree that group would not vote Bachmann, they would most likely not vote or go independent..THEY WONT VOTE OBAMA AGAIN....

The thirty nine percent are mostly hard die Libs, since there are about 28% of them in the country. This is no doubt mostly the people getting the freebies already....It's tough to give up the bucks!

    Pff.. PLEASE.

You have made it abundantly clear in your time posting here that, like many whacko leftists, the only line in the sand "hard enough" is the complete scrapping of our current, lovely, brilliant and eternally relevant Constitution, with some kind of bastard Social Democracy where people in Rhode Island have to live under the Tyranny of People from New York.

    LOL...you people are dreaming.
While I'll admit that Obammy should have taken a stand for something...hell anything would have been better than nothing...he is still the only rational choice. Republicans don't seem to like Romney...and the rest of the pack are insane.

And rumor has it that Ricky likes boys...so I guess he's out too...

It'll be Obammy...not because he's a wonderful president...he's mediocre...but because the T-Baggers have hijacked the Republican Party and taken to places that should be covered in foam-rubber.

    Happy Birthday Elvis...LOL

Ya good luck with that one...LOL

No. We're trying to set up Obama's election as a referendum on Social Democracy in America.

If you vote for Obama, you are a social democrat looking to strip business owners of their freedom and wealth.

If you don't vote for Obama, you are a patriotic American who wants to see economic freedom placed back upon the same pedestal that political/social freedom is.

The right to make gobs and gobs of unlimited wealth should be just as sacred a right as Free Speech.

    Really?
You're gonna lie yet again to gain votes?
    What a surprise!

"strip business owners of their freedom and wealth"
Boy if you knew what the hell you're talkin' about...you'd STILL be a push-over. NOBODY is trying to "strip business owners of their freedom and wealth". This is a whopper of a LIE that you T-Baggers LOVE to perpetuate simply because had the bunch of you had a TRUTHFUL and REALISTIC idea amongst the bunch of you...it would be lonely. So much easier to just maintain a level of fear in the over-the-hill gang and all those wonderfully uneducated morons who goose-step in time for you lyin' bunch o'...

LOL...so if one DOES NOT vote for Obama...only THEN can that person be classified as "PATRIOTIC".
I got news for ya Himmler...you T-Baggers are the LAST people who should be tossing such ugly and UNPATRIOTIC, anti-CONSTITUTIONAL ideas about!!!

I shudder to think how Americans would be suffering now with another Bush-like Republican or (especially) a Bagger in charge. And that's the truth. I shudder. So you can stop your bleating now.

I wish you'd say something that makes sense. People are frightened because of the nitwit in the White House who hates business and the maniacs on the left who can't quit spending.

I think Americans who work, or hope to work, and pay the taxes are frightened of what an anti-business administration is going to do to us. Coal-fired power plants being shut down. SWAT raiding health food stores for, gasp, raw milk. A president telling American automakeers to not sell pickup trucks.

The Americans who don't work, and won't, are frightened because the left-wing liberals keep telling them that their free ride might come to an end.

And then there are those who are not concerned because they're praying for some sort of socialist nirvana and they're sure Obama will bring it as a god on earth. Right, Phoebe?

Hey, Obama could probably be a good President. He is just tired. After all, he said he would not rest/sleep until:

"every has a job, a good wage, & benefits".

"we can guarantee safety in the [air traffic] control towers."

" this well is shut, the environment is repaired and the clean up is complete”.

    "until businesses are hiring again".

"we reach a day when not one single veteran falls into homelessness”.

"we are succeeding in generating the jobs that this economy needs”.

"business are investing again, and businesses are hiring again”.

"we build an economy that’s ready for America’s future”.

"every American who is able and ready and willing to work can find a job”.

    "are soldiers are back home".

"I finish another round of golf".

I don't understand your point. Most people are scared, the economy isn't recovering and they and their children and grandchildren will be owing the government a substantial part of their income, through coercion, if things don't change.

Most people are concerned, but not so 'afraid' that they'll buy just anything Bachmann, Perry and other servants of corporations are willing to spew from their extreme agendas.

If people weren't scared, why are firearms and ammunition being sold at record numbers since PrezBO took office?
