That is unfortunate. Plenty of evidence exists that children raised to adulthood by both biological parents living together in matrimony tend to have many fewer problems in life than other children. Also, I do not want married couples to be taxed to pay for the welfare checks for unmarried women and their illegitimate children. If illegitimacy is an acceptable lifestyle, those responsible for it should pay for the consequences.

Those who help illegitimate children - as I have done as a volunteer working for a Christain charity, and continue to do so with financial contributions - contribute to the loss of the paternal instinct among men.
