You are unfamiliar with propaganda broadcasts in the Arab world. There are no foreign troops on the ground.. Even with air cover from NATO.. the Libyan people get the credit. Khadafi is finished and I doubt he can get out of the country.. He will be killed or he will be tried and hanged.. there is NO going back.
