Lol. I'm not laughing real hard because I made the same incorrect inference. Read this again, slowly: This is the result of people who threw a party to reveal the gender of their baby. I don't know how woke they are, but they're most likely rich kids with too much time on their hands. That's my opinion, anyway. It is getting worse.
One lie I see over and over (although articulated using different words) is that wealth is a zero sum game.
...the median price of a single family home is at $615,000. That sounds like your average communist utopia. Did you really write that? That's the point, fmw. I get real sarcastic with this kinda stuff. This is my favorite. I can declare $615,000, buy a house and move to San Francisco, and I don't have to work. Where do I sign up?
It can be a zero sum game and often is. Other times are periods of growth and others decline. Predicting this with theory isn't a lie. It's just one set of hypotheses.
...which is being a slave to cancel culture and doing whatever the mob demands. Now, pump your fist for Black Lives Matter, or they'll burn and loot you home or business
How's that workin' for ya? The problem with exaggerating local events into fear of a nationwide takeover becomes apparent when people open their doors or look out their windows. Let me check. Nope. No BLM, no Antifa, no riots, no looting. We have an Independent mayor who is supported by Democrats and a Democratic governor. We went for Clinton in '16, by 2.5 points. We'll probably swing for Biden as well. Trump's fear mongering isn't working. The vast majority of us live normal, covid restricted lives. The riots are things we see on TV, not something we're fearful of.
So there is no such thing as the cancel culture, and BLM members are not demanding people pump the fist and recite?
These are not lies. They are simply areas where you disagree with progressives. They are also distortions of what progressives believe. Progressives are less likely to believe in God than conservatives, but many do believe in God, and worship Him in churches and synagogues.
