Looks like Biden authorized the raid against his future political opponent

There is nothing in that letter that indicates the search and seizure was ordered by Biden, or that he was aware of it.

Here's what it does say:

1. Nara wanted to send 15 boxes to the FBI for inspection.

2. Trump asked an extension before shipping boxes to FBI so he could determine if there were any privileged docs.

3. (this means the FBI contacted WH counsel in order that the...) WH Counsel granted that request.

4. Nara informed Trump that it was going to ship the docs to the FBI as requested by the President.

5. Trump stonewalled (that had to be true, because of #5)

6. NARA referred the matter to the DOJ, who, in turn, got a grand jury to subpoena for the 15 boxes.

7. Trump contacted DOJ to meet his people at MAL to comply with the subpoena.

8. When the FBI arrived (to allow Trump to fulfill his subpoena ) Trump's people turned over documents.

9. Later, DOJ determined that not all the documents requested were turned over, as promised.

10. That's when the DOJ got a magistrate judge to sign a warrant to further search MAL for the missing documents, because, as Bill Barr stated, Team Trump was "jerking the DOJ around".



Biden had NOTHING to do with ordering the search and seizure warrant. His participation early on was incidental, only.

IF Biden had ordered that raid, or even if Biden was made aware of it, it would have been noted in the court document, and it is not.

As more details come out, the more this is a comedy of errors of Trump's own doing. 1) Packs at the last minute just cramming everything into the closest box without rhyme or reason 2) Accidentally include classified docs in boxes of presidential papers returned to the archives 3) Turn over more classified docs and declare that was all of them without apparently knowing you had bunches more and 4) getting yourself raided because you clearly lied about it being all of them.

It's not 'intel', really. it's a news briefing, public information, news clippings from 'BulletinIntelligence.com', which looks like a clipping service, news aggregator tailored to client requests, sent to Biden and his family.

So, it was sent to Biden, who is the former Veep at this juncture, or rather, it was sent to his assistant, Kathy Chung, who then forwarded it to Joe and his family.

That's it, pretty innocent stuff, but, people on the net are trying to make hay out of it.

My guess is that Joe is having someone aggregate news Joe is interested in and has it sent to his family.
