Link: Louisiana: 2nd Amendment Is Your Concealed Carry Permit The Louisiana House passed constitutional carry legislation on Wednesday, advancing the bill to Governor Jeff Landry’s desk to be signed into law. This would make Louisiana the 28th state to allow constitutional carry, joining Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming in allowing public carry of handguns without a permit.... The Gov has promised he'll sign it. Even if you're in one of the 28 constitutional carry states, it's still a good idea to get permitted, since it will allow you to carry in other states. My permit allows me to carry concealed in 30+ other states.
i agree-I tell anyone who asks me (which is getting to be well over 200 people) to get a shall issue permit from your home state for several reasons including the reason you mentioned
The only way out of liberal policies which increase crime is to have ordinary citizens armed to the teeth to bypass the tied hands of law enforcement. I don't even know why we have law enforcement if the liberal courts are just going to let everyone go anyway. What is the point of arresting the same people 20 times each? Might as well not arrest them in the first place and let an armed citizen take care of the business that liberals refuse to take care of.
