According to this retired senior General and a former Ambassador now Congresswoman, only Obama has the authority to order a stand down. Other's have claimed that Obama may have delegated that authority. Hmm..., what next? Does Oblamer hand off the "Nuclear Football"? I wonder if anyone has considered these two senior officers appearing before the committee?
