If employees were entitled to profits, then so would suppliers and service companies who are involved in creating the product/services.

The total compensation to the employee, including wages and benefits and bonus, etc. are essentially a portion of the profits of the company...

 

IMO you cannot 'force' these types of societal issues. If you can allow a dictator to know what is best for society, ignoring objections, this might work. But if you wish to involve all PEOPLE in this societal evolution, then you must allow the time it takes for all people to evolve to a higher understanding about a better path for humans. And this will happen but it will take centuries to achieve...ASSUMING we don't annihilate ourselves...

 

What will be conclusion for general crisis of capitalism in the West?

The crisis of the Western capitalist system is deep and comprehensive (keeping constant aggression wars against other states and nations, sharpening of class differences and social conflicts, over-indebtedness of most states and the possibility of individual bankruptcy, threatening the West by the new power states, the possibility of rebellion of immigrants from other continents, increase of in crime rates, worse Homeland Security, land, air and water contamination on the planet, the disappearance of some plant and animal species, lost the war against drugs ...), so the essential question will be placed, what will be the price paid for its solving. Does it not lead to the outbreak of the Third World War?
For the West's is the best to focus your energy on building a new civilization in the world and so to overcome the growing crisis.

There no doubt is a ton of (*)(*)(*)(*) wrong with the USA. This starts with our leaders telling us everything is okay and is followed by our citizenry who are naive and ignorant and biased. We fail to be proactive on anything but I suspect when we are forced to be critically reactive we can rise to the occasion. Of course this process causes much more pain but this is human behavior in the USA...we won't do anything until our asses are on fire!!

But, there is also a ton of greatness in the USA and this should not be discounted. I'm guessing there are political and economic and security reasons why most nations in the world never wish to see the USA implode. So when push comes to shove, the USA will not be alone in finding solutions to right the ship...

Regarding the world...I want one world government whether this is the UN or some other system. All recognized nations have one vote and no veto power. Prime objective number one; it is illegal to take unprovoked aggression against any human!

Regarding the economic system...too much government involvement in the private economy.

Regarding the socio-aspect of my life...I am what I am and have no use for comparing my social ranking with others...

 

Violence in its various forms is the biggest problem of humanity, but should be particularly emphasize the destructiveness of aggression wars.

 

Violence is not a good thing but in the grand scheme of things on Earth dealing with disease, having potable water, energy, shelter, health care are bigger problems than violence. We can have tons of violence and still have no problem as a species surviving but without other necessities I mention above mankind's survival quickly comes into question...
