Yes there is ample proof.

There is the troll factory in St Pete's - the Internet Research Agency. There are the traceable sources of fake news reports. There are the russian paid for political ads across social media platforms. There are the active organization of political events.
there is the fact that thousands of bots and other fake accounts have been identified and deleted. The evidence just keeps mounting as has been confirmed by the DIA and virtually every other intell/security officer in the nation.
