    He only says this because he got caught. Typical extremist idiot. They exist on both the left and right, but this guy is a special kind of loon.

    Oh come on, I'm so sick of people and their "my rights are absolute" they are not, and they never have been. The founding fathers themselves threw people in jail for speaking out against the revolution immediately proceeding the signing of the COTUS.

    The government absolutely has not only the right,, but the responsibility to arrest those who use violent speech.

    As to the question of the punishment, that is another matter entirely. I've already stated that IMHO he should be sentenced to 1000 hours of community service at a local police precinct.

    But those are two different subjects.

    Is putting a bounty on someones head and publically calling for zimmermans death, any different?

    Who did he threaten? There is no victim of a threat here. Was anyone actually incited? The idea that people aren't responsible for their actions because they were "incited" has no place in a free country.
