    “Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) tried to celebrate the Confederacy by visiting a monument this week, but apparently she didn’t stop to read the signs around her to notice that it was actually a monument to Union soldiers.”

    How does she get votes? Weren't there any opponents to her in the primaries? Surely the Republicans there could find someone better than her.

    I will never forget the video of her chasing that high school student (who survived the Parkland shooting spree) on a city street yelling at him, as he tried to get away, about his opinions about gun control.
    All her other ridiculous antics were/are/will be just more stupid antics.
    Sure glad there are some Greene defenders sticking up for her on this thread. True colors shine through...............

    It isn't so much defending her as wondering where all the same criticism of bone heads like AOC, Pelosi, Biden...etc is.

    Well, it sure looks like a defense. Here's the problem, this forum is supposed to have posts about specific events/people/policies etc. involved in politics that spark a lively debate about said subject. If every thread devolves into arguments about everything everyone hates or loves, the original subject becomes lost and really only one thread exists, one in which participants either condemn or uphold their respective views. If that happens, there is no real discussion about the particular subject that was the impetus of the original post.
    Maybe that's what some intend. Not a great actual debate tactic though.
    This thread is about MTG, there are many other subjects dealing with those things you mentioned.
    Either you agree with the criticism about her on this event, disagree with it, or just read comments and have nothing to add to the relevant subject.
    I'm not sure why this is such a difficult concept.
    Maybe we should start a thread titled "I hate ________________ because..........." and let people fill in the blanks the way they want.
