So twice now is that guy has just lost his marbles right in the middle of a conversation. If that grandpa was in charge of giving you coffee at the office, it would have been time for "the talk". All things aside about how Biden reacts and how he sometimes is confused to where to go next. This really kicks the bucket and is much worse.

So when will the GOP have the talk and replace grandpa with somebody who is fit for the job? When he dies or what?

But this thread doesn't include a pointless dig at Biden. I vote we keep this one and delete the other.

 

It's weird to me how long senators manage to stay in office. We think of dictators like Putin being in power for a long time, but McConnell's been doing harm to the Senate and the country for far longer. Swamp monsters like him make a lifelong career out of one public office, surviving one election after another.

 

Jeepers....he'll be in a wheelchair soon it seems....he can barely walk, more like a shuffle.

Mitch....look, time to retire....your faculties are done.

 

Need to get rid of all the old timers in office aka McConnel, Trump, Biden, Pelosi, Feinstein etc. Really need term limits for Congress bad so we can get rid of the propped up puppets.

 

At this point its past understandable or reasonable. The man is clearly very ill and needs to be hospitalized.

Seems that he needs to be seen by a neurologist and assessed to find out what the issue is. What happens after that should be determined by the diagnosis . Actually his symptoms call for a major exam by various specialists.
Folks at his age can be rather stubborn , and resistive to change , Particularly when it means leaving or slowing down in what has been an active and productive life. There is a question of maintaining one's dignity too. He should follow his physicians advice .. as well as that from his closest support system.

Monahan, the attending physician to Congress, said that “occasional lightheadedness is not uncommon in concussion recovery and can also be expected as a result of dehydration.” The letter was released a day after McConnell froze while speaking to reporters in Kentucky.

Washington CNN — Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell is medically cleared to continue his schedule, the US Capitol physician said Thursday, after he froze for the second time in as many months in public.

The statement comes as McConnell moved behind the scenes to reassure his allies and donors he can do his job – even as questions persist over how long the 81-year-old Kentuckian will stay as Republican leader.

“I have consulted with Leader McConnell and conferred with his neurology team. After evaluating yesterday’s incident, I have informed Leader McConnell that he is medically clear to continue with his schedule as planned,” Dr. Brian Monahan, the attending doctor for the Capitol, said in a statement released through McConnell’s office.

The good doctor feels that his condition isn't acute enough that he can't continue his duties in the near term, it would seem.

 

I would rather hear from a neurologist (specialist) after examing him thoroughly.

OConnell seems in a bit of denial about this and that is pushing it.

 

Maybe he can be wheeled into Congress like the ancient fossil feinstein?

 

Trump goes nothing to show for, by draining that swamp 4 years in a row.

 

If McConnell continues to freeze up, then he should step down and be replaces by someone else. This can't be going on and if this happens again, McConnell needs to go and that's all there is to it. Enough said.

Yes. He's blue screened again and needed a reboot. His hard drive is dying and it's time to take a hammer to it. He and Biden need to go.

 

If that is what is called for , then there are THREE that have to go. Mitch, Biden, and Trump. ( he i s too litigated & toxic now , and has to much baggage and is in the same age category. Eating Big Macs as a regular diet may "preserve" him for a while but psychologically he is impaired with too many issues. ( ANGER and need for revenge being at the top.)

 

Trump's fine and the world needs his policies. He can speak without mumbling and doesn't look lost on stage at world events.

 

Well, I beg to differ. He is neither "fine" nor a diplomat on the world stage. In fact he is an embarrassment. He is not articulate and resorts to simple minded slogans that seem to appeal to his diehard supporters.
He is a bully and a shyster who believes he is above the law.

 

The only criticism you can Levy a trump is that he hurts your feelings. Is foreign policy his domestic policies and his border policies all sound all better than Biden all better than the DNC.

Yet he is the most irresponsible person to have ever held that office. Anyone that can create so many legal problems and still wants to be POTUS is living in some alternate reality.) pr stratosphere)(a reality that is reinforced by his avid following.)
