So you are fine with impoverished areas having sub-standard schools because they do not have the tax base to afford decent educations for their kids.

Hard to say if this was intentional or just sloppy office work. My dad has been dead a year and we still periodically get statements from treatment 3 and 4 years ago from a surgery where they have had to back and and redo entire payments due to single coding errors.

I never claimed a majority did. That is entirely your fabrication which you've been called on.

    yes, I know.
You used a well described technique to create an association between private and fraud. Your english 101 professor would be proud.

So just say it. A small minority of private healthcare providers committed fraud.

This wasn't part of the ACA, but the Prescription act passed during Bush's presidency. The Republicans in the Senate have filibustered several attempts to fix this issue and let Medicare and Medicaid negotiate with the drug companies for pricing.

i just said that, hence the question,"What did they do to correct it?"
They passed the ACA without opposition. Why did they not correct it ?

Perhaps you think you are on the springer show?
Using a technique to draw an association is not "saying" something. It's much wimpier.

I'm not the one embarrassing myself by having been caught making up what someone else said.

It is both the prices and the ripoffs. The government doesn't rip itself off, that takes a private party. Additionally, just because a vial is half full doesn't mean anything relevant. What is important is the quantity ordered and what is paid for. Ever have a prescription for pills that had 12 pills in a bottle designed for 30?

Correct to an extent. The Government rips us off by taking our money and allowing it to be ripped off. They have a fudiciary duty to be good care takers of the money they harvest from all of us and ostensibly spend it wisely for the public good.

i didn't say you "said" anything. I said you implied ( a lame juxtaposition of Private healthcare providers and committing fraud, a well described literary technique )
Perhaps you have trouble with the english language. Not my fault. You lose.

I also didn't imply anything either. My statement was clear, and factually correct. Private providers are committing fraud and the OP is mad at the government for it.

But keep making a fool out of yourself if you feel the need.

It's not "your" money. All the money is the governments to begin with. The duty with which you speak as being the governments is just as much yours as it is the governments.

    Yay, factually correct.
You also juxtaposed private healthcare providers and committing fraud, in an unscrupulous attempt to elicit a desired emotional response.

But here's your chance to clarify your motive. Just say that it is a small percentage of private healthcare providers committing the fraud.
