Why we, the Jews, generation after generation do not perform on a daily basis sacrifices in each and every synagogue on this planet? Many will consider this question as very simple to answer. Since we had been commanded by G-d to deliver sacrifices at specifically chosen place, at the Temple in Jerusalem that was destroyed by the Romans in 70 A.D.

But I have some further questions. Isn’t that true that everything happens for a reason in this world that is ruled by G-d? Isn’t that logical to assume that G-d allowed the Romans to destroy our Temple for a reason? Do you reckon G-d have been waiting almost 2,000 years for us to rebuild the Temple? Why we have been unable to rebuild the Temple for so long and why G-d has not interfered to assist us? Why G-d has not dedicated another place for that purpose? I don’t wish to offend anyone and I clearly do not consider myself as the most intelligent or spiritually elevated person among the Jews but, in my view, we have completely lost our connection to G-d and can neither hear Him nor understand His commands and grasp the meaning of His admonitions.

In my view the major purpose of a qorbanot is not just atonement as such. It well may be that other nations are not aware of the fact that sacrifices keep this world connected to G-d. But we are well aware of this. It is not that G-d can’t cope without our sacrifices. It is this world that can’t preserve peace, tranquility, prosperity, tolerance, justice and happiness without being constantly connected to G-d. That connection is being sustained by qorbanot.

I think, that the Temple was destroyed for a reason. We were expelled, dispersed and scattered around the globe for that particular mission: to keep this world constantly connected to G-d. Because we have been expected to become the nation of priests. G-d allowed our Holy Temple to be destroyed to make us understand that our mission is to make the whole world His Holy Temple, to build a spiritual Holy Temple on this planet. I think that our mission is not to be placed permanently in one particular place on earth and possess a particular piece of land or to be focused on a construction of a physical temple in that place. There is nothing wrong to build a physical Holy Temple, or to have our own State of Israel. But, in my view, it is totally wrong to be fully preoccupied with that and to refuse to perform our main function – to perform qorbanot not only for our own sake but for the benefit of the whole humanity living among other nations. Besides, if we really wished to rebuild this physical Holy Temple why we have been waiting for Messiah to come first to allow him to do the job?

I think, this world has descended to a complete nightmare and disaster and anguish to the point of almost complete annihilation to a great extent because we do not perform our main function as we were supposed to: to make this world the Holy Temple by making sacrifices on a daily basis in every part of this world and not in one specific spot.

Why G-d allowed the Nazi to almost make us all perish? G-d is not cruel. But since for generations we hadn't understood his previous messages, that was at that point the only other message from HIM to make us realize the following: in case we allow the world to reach a level where it is now (since we do not perform our job to keep it connected to G-d) we, the Jews, are the first to perish.

Have we understood the message at last? Apparently, not yet. I am afraid the next message would arrive very soon and it would be much more dramatic and stern than both World War I and World War II combined since NUCLEAR weaponry would be used next time.

Do we really need such a stern message? Haven't we, the Jews, suffered enough to grasp the meaning? Haven't this world suffered enough as well? Do we all really need more anguish and tragedy?

The major portion of Torah is focused on the process of preparing and delivering of different sacrifices. The necessity and purpose of qorbanot had never been questioned. It was considered as absolutely integral part of the creed and wasn’t expected to be doubted or questioned. It was a LAW commanded by G-d directly and through his humble servant Moshe. Why on earth we the Jews have been disregarding that COMMAND for almost 2 thousand years on excuse of the destruction of the Temple? Or on an excuse that we are allowed to substitute it with repentance, prayer and charity (or other good deeds)?

Why had we jumped to the excuse that a prayer is more important than a sacrifice? They are both integral part of a communication with G-d and the process of safeguarding of the connection of this world to G-d. Is a woman more important than a man? Or is a man more important than a woman? I am sure the question may seem as absolutely ludicrous to everyone. Only a union between a woman AND a man will produce a child. Equally only a sacred union of a prayer AND a sacrifice will produce a better world that has become connected to G-d again.

Аlthough we, the Jews, are well aware that we are the nation of priests and it is our function to keep this world connected to G-d, not only we are fully focused on our own predicaments only and do not perform our main religious service, we haven’t even started to "constuct" our Holy Temple, the spiritual one. I think that we have been abstaining from this function for so long that we need to start performing sacrifices in each and every synagogue now.

Once we have started to rebuild our spiritual Holy Temple you will be surprised to notice at some point that not only a dislike and hatred towards the Jews has eventually started to diminish but equally hatred, tension and hostility in this world in general will start to decrease as well. In case we will rebuild our Holy Temple, peace, tranquility, happiness and prosperity will start to return to this world as well.

Until then if we would try again to rebuild a Holy Temple in its physical form, made of stone, in any particular spot, it will be destroyed again. Moreover, there is no time left even if we could placate the Muslims. But we can't. It is not the Muslims that constitute our real problem. It is we ourselves who do not realize what G-d has been expecting from us. Besides, the remains of Holy Temple in Jerusalem, those sacred stones, they have become a Temple of its own. They should not be disturbed or touched. They should remain as they are.

So, do we all need any further messages?

Is there no cognitive dissonance in your mind between jews being the chosen people, in communication with god, and Jews basically being the whipping boy of every society in the world and eating the dick up until like 50 years ago? Because, lemme tell ya, I'd see that as kind of a big counterpoint to the whole "God Loves Us" bit.

God chose a spot on the Earth, nothing more. The Jews then Muslims turned it into a shrine and adorned it with extravagance which really goes against God's intention. Is there a Temple on the spot that God told Abraham to kill his son? Better yet- why would God tell the Jews to put their wealth into a portable holy item??? Wasn't Jesus' cup a simple pottery cup? Why do priests drink out of golden ones?

I pray that God commands you Jews to build the temple once again very soon.

    The prophesies must become complete.

Jews lived as a privileged class throughout medieval Europe. For example in feudal England:

...which is surely preferable to being the property of a noble and living as a serf.

Because the allegiance of Jews was to the monarch, whether through their rabbis or not, and because they had the freedom to travel anywhere, they also worked in trusted positions such as tax collectors, and were considered to be agents of the monarch. And as we know, there have been plenty of oppressive monarchs throughout medieval Europe, who were overthrown, forced to abdicate, and had their heads chopped off etc. Were oppressive monarchs and their cohorts the ones who were ''whipping boys and eating dick,'' or was it the oppressed Christian majorities?

Just as royal families were ''chosen'' by birth to have their special status, so were Jews.
