Mexico doesn't want their own people!

    Three cheers for Arizona !

The shoe is on the other foot and the Mexicans from the State of Sonora , Mexico do not like it. Can you believe the nerve of these people? It's almost funny. The State of Sonora is angry at the influx of Mexicans into Mexico !!!

Nine state legislators from the Mexican State of Sonora traveled to Tucson to complain about Arizona 's new employer crackdown on illegals from Mexico . It seems that many Mexican illegals are returning to their hometowns and the officials in the Sonora state government are ticked off. A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on Tuesday to state that Arizona 's new 'Employer Sanctions Law' will have a devastating effect on the Mexican state. At a news conference, the legislators said that Sonora, - Arizona's southern neighbor - made up of mostly small towns - can not handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools that it will face as Mexican workers return to their hometowns from the USA without jobs or money.

The Arizona law, which took effect Jan. 1, punishes Arizona employers who knowingly hire individuals without valid legal documents to work in the United States . Penalties include suspension of, or loss of, their business license. The Mexican legislators are angry because their own citizens are returning to their hometowns, placing a burden on TH EIR state government.

'How can Arizona pass a law like this?' asked Mexican Rep Leticia Amparano-Gamez, who represents Nogales . 'There is not one person living in Sonora who does not have a friend or relative working in Arizona ,' she said, speaking in Spanish. 'Mexico is not prepared for this, for the tremendous problems it will face as more and more Mexicans working in Arizona and who were sending money to their families return to their hometowns in Sonora without jobs,' she said 'We are one family, socially and economically,' she said of the people of Sonora and Arizona .
    --------------------------------------------------------

Wrong! The United States is a sovereign nation, not a subsidiary of Mexico , and its taxpayers are not responsible for the welfare of Mexico 's citizens. It's time for the Mexican government, and its citizens, to stop feeding parasitically off the United States and to start taking care of its/their own needs.

Too bad that other states within the USA don't pass a law just like that passed by Arizona . Maybe that's the answer, since our own Congress will do nothing!

Whos surprised by this. Imagine if we could snap our fingers and everyone who does not have marketable skill just disappeared? Debt gone in a second. It would be marvelous. Of course Mexico doesn't want it's ocitizens back. If millions of drug dealers and people sucking off the teet went back to Mexico....what a burden lifted.

Arizona doesn't want them because they are illegal. The left calls it racism. Mexico doesn't want their own legal citizens. Will they also be called racists? Both don't want them because they are a drain on resource. So are both Sonora and Arizona racists or not?

If the Obama administration is looking for new taxes, there's a whole new revenue stream for 'em. Perhaps a 28% wire transfer tax ( they love taxes) for money sent OUT of the country. Then require banks to report to the IRS checks cashed outside the country. That would be good for about $7 Billion a year.

If Sonora is Mexico then I guess California is the United States.

    This is pathetic.

The positions of Mexico and Mexican's in response to this illegal alien issue is astounding to me.

How can anybody say that they respect the US?

$23.9 billion dollars a year earned here and spent there. Add that to how much they cost us per year and is there any wonder why our economy is foundering? Imagine that $23.9 Billion dollars being spent here.

I may be liberal when it comes to certain things, but not illegal immigration.

We really need to seal the border up tight, impose severe consequences to any employer that hires illegal immigrants, and cut most government assistance and aid to illegal immigrants. For assistance we cannot cut, due to human life issues (such as health care), we need to treat them, and then deport them.

I live in Arizona, so I have seen the effects of illegal immigration. I feel sorry for these people, I do. But as a country, we have our own poor and destitute to worry about first. And the illegals bring more harm to our country than good.

We have been facilitators to the current situation in Mexico. Instead of granting amnesty in 1986 then leaving the border wide open, we should have continually deported every one we could then sealed off the border. Cruel? Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. If they didn't have the option to come to the U.S. for a "better life" they would have had no choice but to start a revolution and make that better life right at home. Kick everyone currently in government out, by force if necessary. We kicked the Brits out for doing far less. By supplying them with an easy way out, look how far it's gotten. Considering all the dead bodies, likely killed by Fast & Furious guns and hand grenades, it looks like now a peaceful revolution isn't possible anymore. We haven't done them any favors what so ever.

Too bad lady. Those jobs, that income, was not intended for illegals to begin with. We're takin' our 'jerbs' back.

What is really crazy is that this story implies that the employers in the southwestern US have been the primary support of the economy of that region of Mexico. It is almost like the previous stance on illegal immigration was just a way for the government to prop up Mexico's economy without directly budgeting money to do so. . .
