Its interesting that this witness heard 2 shots when Brown was shot 6 times all in the front. So another witness that doesnt match with the evidence from the autopsy.

Liberal media is going to keep pushing this "shot from behind" scam no matter how concrete the autopsy is.

Honestly, of what the hell consequence is this video anyway?

All it shows is two bystanders offering their opinion of something they claim they witnessed from, what, 100 yards away?

And why is this video only coming out now?

    This is (*)(*)(*)(*)ing terrifying.

Liberal media is out there manufacturing the circumstances in the sense that this shows absolutely nothing and is inconsequential yet the hounds are hailing it as a literal smoking gun.

They've learned from their mistakes in the Zimmerman witch-hunt and are determined not to lose again no matter how many people they have to pay off or what evidence they need to ignore/invent.

You didn't listen to the entire report. They heard the two shots, then, according to them, Brown surrendered and Wilson shot him more times.

In the end, this part is the one we should pay attention to:

Yes. The vast majority of the time, these types of incidents are exactly what they obviously are, but we have people who watch lots and lots of episodes of Law & Order and dozens of other cop shows, and they think they are 'shrewd and clever observers', despite a lifetime of evidence to the contrary. They think they can peddle the idiotic fantasy that Wilson was just sitting around doing nothing, and said to himself: " I think I'll just shoot that black guy over there six times, even though he's not doing anything and I'm a racist." We know this because that's all white cops do all day, just cruise around emptying their pistols into randomly chosen black people for no reason, just like their neighborhood kids do for fun.

Not quite following what you are saying there. While many people do get ideas of law enforcement from television, that doesn't mean they'll give either Wilson or Brown a pass on their behavior.

In the case of Brown, the video is damning, but he also did well in school and had no prior criminal record. What happened that day will have to be determined by those with access to all the evidence, not a bunch of Internet keyboard kops who "they think they are 'shrewd and clever observers', despite a lifetime of evidence to the contrary."

I'm afraid to say I think this video will lend a lot of credence to the officer shooting the kid after he put his hands up. I was not willing to believe some of the other Black witnesses because I know how most hate cops and I am sure many would lie. But here is a White man here looking at it as it's happening and saying the kid has his hands up. There is no reason for him to lie. This is very damaging to the officer.

I don't believe the cop is a racist. I do believe the boy assaulted the officer and then took off. But it looks like the officer lost it. Probably because of the beating and maybe even because he may have gone for the officer's gun during the fight with the cop. But it does look like the officer lost it. My opinion of course.

Just because he may have had his arms up as he was rushing the cop, doesn't mean he was surrendering. It could mean he was running to pounce on the cop again. After what the cop had just been through; the beating.....he could take no more chances. Had Brown succeeded in getting the gun, he would have killed the cop and perhaps anybody else who got in his way. I think the guy was probably high as a kite.

Marine1, I am conflicted. Not quite sure whether to commend you or condemn you for your comments.
You say you believe the white guy because he's white, but wouldn't believe any of the several black witnesses, simply because they were black,
and because of that you assumed they probably hated cops and were probably lying?
Isn't that kind of racist and prejudiced of you?

Remember that there are a lot of white guys who also despise the cops. Again.....just because it looked like Brown had his arms up at one point.....doesn't mean he was surrendering. Had he had them up while running towards the cop, then that would have been a very threatening act.. Especially since the cop had already given him an order to "freeze," which is what some of the black eyewitnesses stated.

.....Meanwhile, we hear nothing from the mainstream media about the black Muslim guy who shot and killed a white 19-year old just because he was an American. THAT, we don't want to talk about.

    Are you sure?

You saw the lengths to which the liberal media, The President, and the DOJ we to in order to railroad Zimmerman into a show trail void of evidence.

You don't think these players have learned form that loss?

You don't think its entirely possible that the reason this guy is lying is because hes got a big fat paycheck waiting for him?

This guy says he can hear people talking from 50 feet away?

This guy says he can see brain matter splattering from 50 feet away?

That's funny because as the way Tiffany Mitchell tells it, she was standing only a few feet away and didn't hear anybody say anything.

I'm thinking it will only be a matter of days before this bogus story falls apart just as Tiffany Mitchell and Dorian Johnson's have.

I'm not sure it will be that damaging. No doubt the responses of the witnesses were honest reactions to what they thought they saw. Put them in the witness box and give them a cross-examination which tests not their veracity, I'm sure they're truthful people, but which tests their perception.

I think it important to consider the "Heat of the Moment" as well...if an officer is placed in the position that he feels the need to fire his weapon in the first place, it is doubtful he will take a few seconds to hesitate because the culprit decided to raise his hands.

That's what they're trained for; knowing when to shoot, when not to shoot and when to cease fire. If Wilson, in his wild overreaction to being attacked, had shot a mother and baby as part of "collateral damage", would that be okay? Of course not. We hire, train and allow to carry guns people who we trust to make good decisions. It appears the Ferguson police department has some issues that need to be corrected.

I suppose it is possible that you misinterpreted my reply and for some reason decided I was defending the officer rather than stating an opinion to consider. My point was reaction in the "Heat of the Moment" once the officer training kicked in and the weapon was used. Collateral damage would be a false analogy as the victim was the intended target, regardless of the reason for it. Playing on emotions with a dead baby is unhelpful in this discussion, and completely irrelevant.

My point was that I understood the "heat of the moment" but he's a trained police officer, not some yahoo who attended a four hour CHL course.

Already notes and linked to this in another thread. It does state we gave a statement to police which is what I want to heat. Statements like this become embellished over time and begin to conform to the public narrative. Andnhw does give interpretations, raising hands can also be a surrender or a defensive measure. He is also a LONG way a away as you see in the video and the police officer in the background yet he says he hears Brown speaking. Also the 30 seconds between shots is questionable even counting the firing in the vehicle.

So we know he was probably raising his arms but we don't know why and does this help explain, maybe maybe not.

Oh and the shot allegedly fired as he ran away, that was justified.

I find myself in the same boat.
When there is conflicting witness testimony, after the race baiters have rattled the hornets nest and the witnesses who say he was surrendering are all black... I find myself dubious in accepting their testimony. This video, taken moments after the shooting, of white guys proclaiming "He had his (*)(*)(*)(*)in' hands up." from a vantage point they claim was 50 ft from the shooting... well. I find them more credible.

Assuming these guys account is accurate, I reverse my position.

The guy's description matches what eyewitnesses have stated, that Michael Brown had his hands up when he was shot.

I see....so training is enough to make one perfectly un-human. Police officers are just as prone to adrenaline and emotional reaction as any other human. While the training likely lessens the possibility of panic and over reaction...I do not see how it could possible eliminate it. Neither of us know the details of this tragedy....but we do know an officer fired on an unarmed individual, It will be interesting to learn the reason why he did so. As it is...we are discussing the details that transpired once the shooting began, and possibilities.

I don't think anyone is disputing his ARMS were up, the question is why. Surrender or Defensive.
