This decision will also help force the SCOTUS to rule on this sooner, rather than later and will slap down Colorado unconstitutional ruling and quite other states from this type of anti democratic rhetoric.

 

Michigan got it right. I'm surprised, actually.

I dislike Trump, I wouldn’t vote for him and I never have. But Trump hasn’t been convicted in a court of law of being an insurrectionist. In fact, none of the 91 federal charges accuse Trump of being an insurrectionist nor does the state cases in New York or Georgia. In this country one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. That hasn’t happened, yet. I agree, the SCOTUS needs to take up these two contradictory rulings asap.

 

I agree that colorados ruling was unconstitutional. We will see how it plays out in the end and I’m 100% sure the Supreme Court will prove it to be unconstitutional

 

The SCOTUS is the tank for the GOP and Trump.

The whole thing, along with several others, is just democratic abuses of power for political gain.

It is so funny hearing you guys beat the "Biden has dementia" drum when it's far more obvious that Trump has some serious cognitive issues.

 

I personally don't think he will be on the ballot. The DNC will tell him to drop out for the good of the country and Biden will say he's dropping out for a family emergency or to be with his son to help with his legal problems.

I am always amazed how Democrats look at the constitution with a microscope wanting everyone to focus on a phrase or sentence so it can be interpreted in some other fashion, without realizing the entire document governs itself.
