The "Official" Story: MILO has to quit Breitbart over a soundbite from years prior where he makes an off handed joke that would only offend people who don't like him anyway. He now resurfaces months later, intending to sue the book distributor that dropped him, and with "12 million" in secured funding to start his own brand. What obviously happened: The globalists bought him. The scandal changed zero opinions of anyone on the planet, yet, he just had to leave Breitbart? The craziest thing is Breitbart not seeing the play as it unfolded. What to expect: My guess is the globalists will start buying out key figures of the western populist movements to try and steer the growing nationalism into some sort of nerfed version, where they keep all key pillars of their power, and throw all fancily dressed expendables to the wolves. Milo will be strictly anti-PC in what he can say, but then they'll give a list to go easy on and it will be everyone we want bashed. Feminists, illegals, refugees, globalists - they will all be off limits. 3 years from now, people will barely remembered he existed.
Is there even one 'long run success story' of a counter culture figure who sold out and lived happily ever after? I can't think of any. If they can actually stay around long enough without the edge to be mildly successful, it just means they are going to be one of the few who blow their brains out as older people. Just don't do it.

What I'm saying is his shtick will still be anti-PC, but they'll give him a list of subject matter to avoid. So his anti-PC will be in terms of fat girls, or guys with beards - vs illegals and refugees. It is like hiring Carrot Top but saying he can't use props.
