~ MOD ALERT ~ Obama Just Gave Amnesty to Illegal Aliens

There can be a cost to maintaining certain kinds of evidence, but that doesn't require a statute of limitations for criminals.

An important reason for amnesty is that we do not see it as a benefit to become a state full of fugitives from the law.

With our limited ability to prosecute wrong doing, we would stand the risk of having a sizable number of people who would have a continuing need to evade the law - a life style that has a significant down side for America.

We're better off as a nation if people are not afraid of interaction with law enforcement, and are free to invest fully in their own futures - free to be solid citizens, rather than living an underground lifestyle for significant periods of time.

 

Ita not the cost of evidence storage and such. Its the cost of someone actually having to investigate open cases as ling as they are active. Why investigate a 10 yr old robbery rather than a 6 month old one as an example.

 

They do "lose" jobs to immigrants, and this is especially Whites due to affirmative action. No racism there, pal. In fact, the only racism is racism against Whites in the affirmative action, and if you support it, you are the one being racist.

I don't need an answer to any of your jibberish. And I don't have to use the word amnesty either. I can talk about the word INVASION, and the lack of reaction to it that we now are experiencing. This is the argument, and the HARMS I listed are the argument. And the solution to it all that I posted in Post # 280 is the "argument"

Now I'm just wondering what your stake is in this fight ? At this point, I'm convinced you're no disinterested party. What's your special interest ? Democratic party official looking for VOTES ? Member of one of the racist ethnocentrist groups (La Raza, MALDEF, LULAC, etc) ? Own stock in a Spanish media outlet (Univision, Telemundo, etc) ? Union leader looking for more members ? Church leader looking for more parishoners ? Business owner looking for cheap labor ?

You're post 280 wasn't even worth a response. None of the items you mention in that post is going to be done, and for good reason.

The problem with your crime list is that it's already well known that crime is high among those who are in desperate situations. Plus, it's hard for our law enforcement to do its job when cooperating with the police (or even just police contact) can mean portions of ones family could be deported to another country where the situation was so bad that escape was necessary.

 

All the more reason to deport the whole lot of them. Then the crimes don't get reported because they don't get committed. Not here in the US anyway. As for whether the items in Post # 280 get done or not, if they don't then the invasion of the US will continue, and the hundreds of thousands of our ancestors who dide in World War II, defending us from foreign invasion, will have died in vain, with your help.

 

Now you're just insulting those who fought in WWII. They weren't "protecting" us from people coming here to work their tails off to make a better life for themselves and their children as Americas by fully supporting our nation both through our economy and our military.

9. Overcrowding in hospital ERs.

13. Decrease in funds available for entitlements.

14. Cultural erosion.

15. Overuse of scarce resources (oil, gasoline, fresh water, jobs, electricity, food, etc)

16. Introduction of foreign diseases.
