Yup, but men won't "unfriend" one and other for not liking the same beer or football team whereas women will "unfriend" the poor little thingy who dares wear "mascara x" instead of "mascara y". ;)

Many times have I heard girls say they prefer being around male friends because they won't judge her. Girls are just mean and you know it. :)

Me thinks many males here have very poor taste in women and rarely spend much time even around those.

Yes, it is kind of obvious from the comments they make about women in threads like these that they have never had a serious long term relationship.

Statements saying that women have little accountability, they care more about trivial things than important things and comparing them to herd animals, are misogynistic because they have no basis in fact and are used just to degrade women.

As for the rape issue, I have some facts: Between 2%-10% of rape accusations are false (http://www.nsvrc.org/sites/default/files/Publications_NSVRC_Overview_False-Reporting.pdf) while 994 out of 1000 rapes, the perpetrator goes free (https://www.rainn.org/statistics/criminal-justice-system).

No they are not misogynystic they are opinion and observation which some may not like but nothing more. The definition of misogyny is far more specific and these opinions do not rise to it.

Much like saying men are all smelly or bad at asking directions is not misandric even if slightly insulting to many men they are nothing more than silly opinion and do not rise to the level of misandry.

    I have some facts too.

    ewww.nationalreview.com/corner/416536/only-2-8-percent-rape-accusations-are-false-stat-extremely-misleading-jason-richwin.

The FBi found that 8% of rape accusations are false NOT 2% to 8% the.

The 2% figure is not based on any empirical research of any kind and in fact is simply dreamed up. In addition the FBi limited its work exclusively to false accuaation which could be proven usually because the accuser recanted.

It is logical and reasonable that many accusers simply never recant or admit they lied. And it is far less likely for them to see any penalties or legal consequences for their crimes.

Therefore it is reasonable and logical to conclude that fr more false accusations exist than we know. Because 1 there is no evidence and 2 there are typically no consequences.

There are massive consequences for men accused of rape even if never prosecuted. The difference is obvious

My proposition is obviously not absolute, but it includes obvious facts of human-evolution such as women being forced to adapt to new rules due to patrilocality and forced to form groups in order to raise children and for the sake of their own security. This has been hardwired into the female biology.

I have no idea at all how you can see this as even remotely misogynist.

Well a lot of them are a little heavy and self assured. Though I think men like confident women, domineering and possessive women tend to be a bit too much.

I tried dating ladies for a bit, and I didn't like being controlled. I know what clothes look good on me, the things I want to do in my life shouldn't have to change because she doesn't like me doing it, and so forth. And I think men tend to feel that way. And instead of these ladies comprising they get rejected. Why don't they learn how to not be so damned self centered?

Why did you assume my comment was directed at you, and why become defensive?

There are massive consequences for men accused of rape? What about the consequences for being raped?! Are you actually suggesting that the consequences for being accused of rape is worse than being raped? Are you ****ing kidding me?!

Well, considering men get raped in prison, the accused will lose their freedom and most likely be raped.....

Actually the consequences of being the victim of a false accusation of rape can be as bad or sometimes worse than being the victim of rape yes this is absolutely true.

What happens to an innocent man falsely accused of rape and convicted? The answer is prison where he might face being raped himself with a higher than usual likelihood that his attacker would be HIV positive which means he gets rape and a de facto death sentence.

Victims of rape often do carry lifelong emotional psychological and sometimes even physical scars and no one is saying it is less than a horrible traumatic event. However most women do recover from it and eventually lead a normal life.

When a woman is the victim of rape she has many many resources to help her. She will typically have the strong loving support of her family, friends, coworkers if they know about it, her church if she belongs to one and others. Women who are victims of rape have pro bono professional services to help them such as RAINN and even free shelters for rape victims in some places.

Now compare this to a man who is falsely accused of rape. What professional free services does he have to help him?????? If it is a typical case where it is his word against hers who is more likely to be believed? The answer is the accuser. If the accusation is public and they usually are it does not matter if he is falsely accused he can typically on LOSING his friends, family, job, and any church if he has one. People will not trust him his reputation and character will be shattered often for life beyond any repair.

No one is downplaying the crime of rape or calling it less than a heinous violation of a person which is unforgivable and deserves severe punishment. And yes women ( and men ) who are victims of this crime deserve all the help they receive. SO ANY ACCUSATIONS of being a rape APOLOGIST are outright cowardly lies.

Yes however being the victim of a false accusation can be just as bad or worse.

    Hahaha. Chill, dude. Chiiiiiiill.

    Hahaha. Chill, dude. Chiiiiiiiiiill.

Are you sure about that? Many of them also commit suicide, I know this is very common because a few girls (at least 2) who are friends of friends have taken their own lives after being raped from the town I grew up in.

You sound like a rape-apologetic and you do not want to sound like a rape-apologetic, I hope. :)

I definitely do not feel one bit sorry for the actual rapist who gets raped in prison. Why would I? For all I know that prick should be castrated too.

I am chill. I was answering a question.

i have met some rape victims as well. I have also seen endless interviews and books and speeches from women who are survivors of that crime and yes in general women recover from it and go on to live normal lives. Which is not excusing or down playing the crime but it does speak well to how strong many women are.

As I said in my post nothing whatsoever in my post can intelligently or logically be construed as rape apology so your implication is a bald faced lie.

Explain how an answer to a question comparing the damage done to victims of false rape accusations is rape apology? That is precisely what was being answered Had you been capable of better reading comprehension you might have noticed how I said false accusation or falsely accused multiple times. But of course with a retarded sense of logic one can call defense of men who are FALSELY accused of rape to be rape apology.

So you oppose the prison rape elimination act. That is true rape apology.

There are men sent to prison who did not commit the rape. I guess you feel that is all good as well.

If you were proven guilty of, say, murder in Medieval Europe, you became "lawless" meaning that you no longer had any right to protection by the law; quite a reasonable punishment if you ask me.

I regard the man proven guilty for rape as someone who has used all of his rights and no longer desrves them, now anyone is free to do whatever they want to him - He has become "lawless"!

Why should one feel even the slighest sorry for a rapist anyways? It is by far the most atrocious and disgusting crime one can commit and therefore it also should result in the most atrocious and disgusting of punishments - Smash that prick's testicles with bricks, throw him into a cell with some anabolic pervert, let him be raped and let him rot in his cell. Then, once he is dead, you should spit on his grave.
