A widely-reported, inflammatory news story about a "rioting sex mob" of immigrants assaulting women on New Year's Eve in Frankfurt, Germany, has been exposed as "baseless" after investigation by police.
In a humiliating backdown, the German newspaper Bild, which originally reported the claims, has apologised for what it said was a "false report", which was based on the now disputed claims of a pub owner and some of their staff.

Yea "refugees" attacking women just like they do in their own country is "fake news", uh huh.

I'm sure all the social media accounting of the Frankfurt incident were just "fake news" too, uh huh.

I'm totally sure that the thug PC army of the German government isn't going around threatening victims and witnesses with "hate crimes" less they stay silent, uh huh.

And I'm guessing all these other incidents of "refugee" rape and sexual assault were "fake news" as well, uh huh.

18-year-old Michelle was at the train station that evening and says: "It was full of people but you couldn't see any women or children. We were scared and tried to slip round them but they circled us and surrounded us.

"At first we thought it was a joke, but after a while they just didn't stop. They were touching us wherever they could."

Michelle confirms groups of men touched her chest and between her chest, then stole her things while she was distracted trying to fight them off.

Mass sexual assault reported at Germany music festival

Eighteen women have said they were sexually assaulted at a music festival in Germany.

Three men from Pakistan aged between 28 and 31 have been arrested and police are still searching for three men who may also have been involved.

Speaking to German newspaper Die Welt, he said that of 1,054 complaints received, 600 were connected to theft rather than a sexual offence.

On Monday, Mr Bremer dismissed how his remarks had been reported, saying that the overwhelming majority of those arrested "fall into the general category of refugees".
