More Lies: "I never said you could keep it"!

Just when you thought it was safe to come out in daylight, the universe shifts on it axis and you get something that can be proven in 29 separate videos that the president of the United States says never happened.

I am sorry, Mr. President, but I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt on this one. I really have.

And I haven't seen all 29 videos, only about 13 of them, but no where do I hear any qualifier there. No where in them do I hear you say "if" or anything like that.

At this point, a week after being outed that you knew all along, to come out with this lame, myopic, obvious lie to sell a lie, must be humiliating for you. Even worse is the example you're setting for your children.

As Americans, even when "our side" is wrong, we are supposed to stand up and call out those that did it. When Richard Nixon stepped too far out of line, it was Republicans that stood up as well and made him go. It's what you are supposed to do.

However, we have a new sect of politicos today that refuse to do what is right. Barack Obama and his team went WAY out of bounds on this one. Continuing to lie and supporting it is pathological. It's wrong. It's sick. You should be better than that.

No surprise that BH Obama says now,, that "What WE were saying" was that as long as the insurance company didn't try to screw you, you could keep your plan. First he changes it to "WE" as if he had nothing to do with the words he says and "YOU" should have known that it is the insurance companies that are at fault.

39% still support him.

 

What Obama in his inexperience doesn't realize is that it is because the Republicans of that day rallied behind what what right that they managed to come back in 1980 when even the most gifted political scientists were sure they would live in the political wilderness for decades.

That however changed for both sides in the 90's, now.

Wow, really? The semantic version of grasping at straws? If it disqualifies a plan, I'm pretty sure you could consider that a "take away" that forces an individual to switch to something else, which will most certainly come at a higher cost unless the individual is among the very poor.

Where is CNN touting all the people saving an average of $2,500 per year in protection of the claims of truth? That, too, was a lie. If it weren't, our TV's would be flooded with examples of people saving the money they were promised to save. I haven't seen one yet who can claim the savings over their old plan AND without subsidy. Actually I haven't heard any saving $2,500 without regard to subsidy.

 

In the section where it dictates to Insurance companies what their policies must have and have not.

 

Obama is a flat out liar. So is everyone propping him up.

Please show where the ACA allows people to keep their plans as in "if you like your plan, you WILL have it. Period" as Barrack Obama promised 29 times.

Is that like the example of the woman in California that lost her coverage because of the ACA - The reality was her insurance company is withdrawing from the market in that state, but seems well capable of continuing to offer coverage in 14 other states. Thats called capitalism

 

My 65 year old brother called today. He is in a rage that his insurance went to 5 K a month and he has to have pregnancy insurance. He can easily afford it but God knows .. he turned the air blue.

And yeah, nice call there, where IS the average $2500 savings...since the three years in the panning roll out disaster the average increase is $3,700...I guess we add that $6,700 as yet another lie.

So any guy who had a plan should have it cancelled for the simple fact it won't offer maternity and newborn care. And of course all the single people with no plans or ability to have children didn't previously need pediatric services for dental and vision so cancel all those.

See, those are the "substandard" plans...the ones who bought just what they needed without senseless add-ons.
