I remember a time when the Republican leaders were not comfortable with excluding 120,000 writings of the candidate.

Another large block of hundreds of thousands of pages needs another month to be catalogued by the National Archives.

But mysteriously, the Republicans MUST be confirm this WEEK even though the nominee last time were delayed for A YEAR for 100% partisan reasons and against the Constitution.

Sure, we all are very aware of what Religious tribunals have produced in the past, such as the Salem Witch tirals, the Spanish Inquisition, the Catholic pope declaring Galileo a heretic and a blasphemer, the beheading of the infidels etc.

So it might be best to stay with the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" and the construct that the burden of proof is upon the accusers, not the defendant. Also the defendant accused, is entitled to a "speedy" trial, not a long drawn out circus show designed to slander the defendant for as long as possible, using the repetition of media headlines.

Accusations without corroboration, or evidence, are hearsay, supposition, conjecture, and slander. Without any evidence, corroborating witness, police report, medical report, the accusation must be dismissed, otherwise the defendant's 4th amendment right, the right to privacy is violated because probable cause has not been established.
